I left this place absolutely furious. I placed a virtual order and went 10 minutes later to get it. Long story short, the long drive thru line prompted me to go inside to get my order. BIG MISTAKE. Although the guy behind the counter did approach me relatively quickly, he then went to work the drive thru and I was completely ignored while at least 4 cars were taken care of. I finally asked, loudly, if I should have gone through the drive thru. I was very rudely told to wait. Five minutes later, a man I assume to be the manager approached me and asked, "So what is the problem??" He was annoyed.
I told him the situation, and he explained, with irritation, that the orders appear on their screen in the order in which customers arrive. I would understand if that were true, but at that point at least twice the number of cars in line when I arrived had been helped, and I was still waiting. AND 4 more cars left with their food before I received my order, which included less than $10 worth of food. I wasn't terribly surprised to find the staff not caring too much...but the manager? I ended up 15 minutes late for an appointment after waiting for 22 minutes in a restaurant where I was literally the only person inside who wasn't working.
If you choose to order from here, take my advice - stay in your car! They are timed and graded based on their drive thru performance, but that's not the case with walk-in traffic. Better yet, try a different TB. Service couldn't...
Read moreMy mother in law and I went through the drive through to get dinner. Who ever took the order clearly didn't want to be there. We had to keep repeating what we wanted. We ordered two LARGE freeze that we had to repeat what they were as well. Once we finally got up to the window. We paid then got our food. We were handed only one of two drinks. When we said we ordered two, they argued till they actually looked at our order. Then they gave a regular freeze instead of a large. When we told them, they wouldn't give us what we ordered. They argued and had a horrible attitude about it. Then when they finally gave us the large drink they practically threw it at us.
Anyways I've worked customer service jobs for 10 years. This was very unprofessional. I get that taco bell is not the grandiest places to work. And that customers can be the worse. All i asked was for what i ordered when i was at the speaker. The number one rule is to appease the customers. Don't fight them. And if you know your gonna have an attitude, get a manager to deal with.

I can't believe she is a "manager". the worst experience i ever had. I finally talked to her after sooo long and finally told me her name Amber, very rude and disrespectful. She NEEDS to be fired. I can not believe she's been there for five years, or so she told me. Who even knows if her name is even Amber. I can not believe her, she lies about everything. If there was a negative 5 that's what I would rate her. And it so happens that when my husband and I got our correct order they spit it the food!!!!! Ridiculous and disgusting! Never will we be going there again and I advise people to be careful because they do not care about...
