Green Tea Chinese Drive Thru -Kenosha — Restaurant in Kenosha

Came for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. The inside of the restaurant was not busy. Ordered a small beef and broccoli with fried rice, one egg roll, one shrimp egg roll, one vegetable spring roll, an order of crab rangoons and two drinks - one strawberry and one taro boba tea.

Food came out in about five minutes. It was fresh and piping hot. The crab rangoons were great like everyone says. Lots of filling and crispy. I didn’t care for the sauce that it came with. It was like a sweet and sour thing, but they had a condiment station with some ducks sauce, which was very much appreciated. Also had a fountain drink station with some I believe, juice or lemonade on the side. I didn’t take advantage of that, since I got the strawberry and taro boba teas which were very good as well. The small beef and broccoli actually came with a decent amount of food and a lot of fried rice. Actually made for three meals out of that one plate for me. The egg rolls were pretty good as well. I didn’t get a chance to try the shrimp one, but my husband enjoyed it.

The decor on the inside was nothing fancy. Had the same seating from when it was a Burger King, but no big deal. Service was quick. Staff was courteous and helpful. Will definitely be back. Spent about $33 before tip for everything in the picture. Great price for a nice...

We ordered for pickup and were very hopeful for our first time ordering, until we opened the sesame chicken containers and immediately were greeted by the strong smell of "skunk spray", which if you are not familiar with sesame oil, that is what it smells like if it has gone rancid. I called the restaurant and when I told the first person about it, I was hung up on. So, I called back and a different person answered and she was pleasant until I started that i was hung up on just now and the phone went silent for 15 seconds and then she responded again with definite attitude in her voice. I told her why I called and she was talking to me but barely audible as the noise in the background was extremely loud. I think she possibly asked if I wanted to come back and I told her no and then another long silence and I then stated that I did not want anyone to get sick and she said, "OK, thank you for calling" and hung up.

I order sweet and sour for lunch to-go and I always get this so I know what it looks like and tastes like the chicken was like over fried it was crumbly & just didn’t taste good. I ate my egg roll that was very good but I go to get a refund and return the meal and the lady at the counter was saying they don’t “do refunds just because you don’t like it” I think there was a big language barrier but she tired to replace the meal I told her I didn’t want the meal I wanted my money back I had four pieces of the chicken like what? She tired to tell me the batter is new and that people prefer this way they cook it now? I was so confused and when I tell you this girl ate a piece of the chicken out of my food lol and I was about to leave and just leave the food I said I gotta get back to work just keep the food I want the money not another meal and then she was like wait wait!! I’ll do it this one time.. I’m like okay thanks. I won’t be getting food from this place...
