You must-visit: I was told about this gem by a friend of mine, so I was very curious to visit! 1st time Impressed Pizza Perfection: The pizzas are nothing short of divine. crust was well done and juicy with just the right chewiness, topped generously with San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and fragrant basil. with the ambience take a bite, and you’re in Italy. Passionate Staff: The team a Ruffalo's is warmth and authenticity. The Owner Giuliana made me feel welcome and she made sure my family was seated in a great location they will work hard for everyone from dine in to the people who carried out They’ll gladly share stories about their restaurant and team making you feel like an honored guest. I was in Awe Crazy Cat was amazing she will keep you laughing you can feel her love Nicole was spectacular she keeps you up on what to order she is very knowledgeable and knows what the people want my family was very hungry after a long day. so, make sure you try the Garlic Knots absolutely amazing you will be impressed my husband had the Poorman's lobster the sauce for the ravioli was so good he boosts on that meal the entire evening because he loves fish, and it was the best he has had. As most in town know; Ruffalos gets busy quick. We arrived a little earlier than usual and there was plenty of seating for five. As i glanced over the dining area, the bar along the back wall, and the service area i told myself they were ready. Everything was super clean, loads of staff bustling about in order. After we were seated, our waitress met us promptly and asked what our first order of business. Drinks arrived quickly, along with a basket or two of fresh Italian bread. After we all decided our orders more baskets of bread and the choice soups or salads were brought to our table promptly. If youre wondering what i chose, it was their salad. Ruffalos does probably the freshest, most balanced salad I have had at restaraunts. So i always start with salad. Our meals arrived in proper time. And as i gazed over the table at everyones meal, everything looked well plated, and very pleasant to the eye. The chicken parm, the fried fish, and my order of the combo pasta were delish! My combo plater which included meat ravs, stuffed shells, and the wedge of lasagna were filled with a perfectly seasoned and well balanced flavor of meat. I'm a garlic lover, so after i tasted the garlic it made me feeling warm and happy. The pasta itself was perfect providing the perfect texture to each bite. The one thing that took my meal over the top was the sauce. It had nice well constructed body, smooth and almost silky. Not heavy in salt notes, very savory and above all finished sweet. Our server was friendly, kept good watch over our table for when things needed to be replenished thru our experience. I believe we went thru five baskets of that wonderful bread. We ate here last night for the first time since I was a little kid and we were not left dissatisfied! The food was amazing and the staff provided prompt, professional and friendly service. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and broccoli, side salad with french dressing and my date ordered the meat ravioli with cheesy broccoli soup which I had to try as well. The Alfredo sauce was rich and creamy, the chicken was grilled to perfection, yet very tender, and the pasta was perfectly cooked. The ravioli was definitely homemade and the meat was perfectly seasoned with Italian herbs, spices and were smothered in homemade marinara sauce. The portion sizes are very large, we were left with plenty of food to take home, which normally kind of annoys me but not this time! This food is just as amazing as leftovers as it was when we got it yesterday. I just heated it slowly in a pan, covered over low heat. We will definitely be back and we hope to see more of Kenosha patronize this wonderful business

Edit: today we ate at Ruffolos again and definitely were not disappointed. My wide ordered the Fettucine Alfredo with Chicken and it was delicious. I ordered a single serving of the Italian Salad. It is delicious and the portion is easily enough to feed two people. I also ordered the Italian Beef Bomber and it was so good I was still able to finish it after eating half of that enormous salad. Our server, Michelle provided us with top notch service, she always made sure we had everything we needed, that we were enjoying our meals, and we never had to ask for a refill on our drinks.
