Subway — Restaurant in Kenosha

it is very annoying to visit a franchised restaurant and not have the coupons that you have received, in the same community, not be taken. these are coupons that I received in the mail. I live in the same city.

A few days ago I had a buy one get one coupon. It was told they don't accept them. he actually told me that none of the stores around accept them. which is untrue. they then told me I could use a two sandwich for $xx coupon. which I did.

Tonigh I revisited the same subway, I asked if I could use the coupon which was three sandwiches for $xx.xx. I was told yes. and then while we were building the sandwiches, I was told that the sandwiches I was ordering were not allowed to be purchased with a coupon. these are the same sandwiches that I purchased last week using the coupon.

I don't eat at Subway very often anymore, the coupons I received in the mail got me to want to eat some subway. The coupons literally did what they're supposed to do. get new people in the door.

Went into subway on 52nd Ave at 5:10pm on 9/8/2016, and was so disgusted. The toilet looked like it was never cleaned as well as the bathroom in general. I find cleaner out-houses then the one I walked into, and that's just for starters.

The 2 girls behind the counter were and are not trained to help more then 2 customers. At the other shops in Kenosha, have one putting the meat and such on, and the other puts the veggies on. In this case both workers were busy waiting on the couple ahead of me. One was working on a meatball sub with the customer only asking for Mayo, and her boyfriend was getting a cooked steak sandwich. Needless to say, the girl who put his sandwich in the little oven just stood there ignoring myself and my son. I will never return there........I might have to contact the health dept...

We ordered on door dash pick up we picked up the food and we sat down to eat there was ingredient missing off of a sandwich we went back to talk to them and the gentleman was very rude he did not refund anything and when we said there was no mustard on the sandwich he said there’s a little splash and all he did was gave two little containers of banana peppers and Black olives. there was barely any ingredients on the sandwich at all.
