It I could 0 star it I would. It's always a terrible experience at this Wendy's for me. Been coming here for years. Roughly 1-2 times every 4-6 months and it's ridiculously terrible every time. The last time I was there it took 17 minutes and 37 seconds to get a spicy chicken sandwich. There were 2 cars in front of me and neither ordered an amount that should have caused a delay. 1st car 1 bag... second car 1 bag 1 drink. Got to the window and the woman says the total with an attitude (like I should have had after waiting 17 minutes for my "fast food") I hand her my payment she closes the window and takes approximately 2 minutes to slide my debit card, opens the window hands me my card doesn't say a word. Now I sit for another 4-5 minutes waiting for my order. I watched the preps handle my food with no gloves and the woman who took my payment stand there and gossip with one of the "cooks" (I believe) as I sit waiting for my order. FINALLY my order is ready to be handed to me and the woman who took my payment opens the window and I ask for a packet of mayonnaise, she gives me a look of disgust/omg I have to do something, throws the mayonnaise in the bag (clearly upset) and shuts the window. Mind you when she handed me my order and even when I made the payment I said "thank you" and not once did she udder a word. I hate this Wendy's and don't have a great track record with any others except for in Virginia and I strongly recommend not visiting this...
Read moreI've always preferred Wendy's over it's competitors. We stopped by the drive through at the 52nd Street location and got a chicken nugget kids' meal, a #2 son of baconator combo, a 10 piece spicy nuggets combo with a large fry, and a double stack with cheese plain.
The kids' meal nuggets were soggy and near cold to the touch. The fries were under cooked, where some of the ends had the semi-transparent almost frozen look to them still. The 10 piece spicy nuggets were soft, wet, and near cold as if they'd been briefly microwaved, and the double stack with cheese PLAIN came with extra pickles and onions, smothered in ketchup and mustard, and the bun was soggy as if it'd been sitting in a damp drawer all morning. The burger itself was cold.
I'd complain less about my order's temperature and condition, but I live literally one block away so that's certainly no excuse on their part. We've visited this Wendy's countless times over the years, and provided them literal thousands of dollars of patronage, and while some visits have been hit or miss but this was beyond disgusting.
Do better or you will not survive in this business climate. The $30+ I spend per visit can be spent elsewhere, and most likely will until I forget about this...
Read moreWhen I order in the Drive Thru, at first the lady gave me a bit of a attitude. After we was done with our order, the price was $15.33, a little expensive. After paying, the food took a bit long, after that, we went to a park. This Wendy's does MUCH better on the fries. Also, they gave us extra fries, but I didn't order extra fries. But I'm glad they gave us extra fries, but we kind of wasted the extra fries. One of my daughter's chicken nuggets we're spicy, but it was ok. I order one of the burgers, (I cant remember witch on, but it had bacon on the burger, it was a number 6 though 9). The bacon on my burger was burned. I wasn't happy. When I ordered 2 small ice creams, it was $1.98, the ice cream didn't seem that small, so I would say $1.98 for 2 small ice creams was actually not bad at all. Actually, that's a pretty good price since the ice creams was not that small. So I would say this Wendy's is ok. I hope the next time I come, this Wendy's...
