The first time I came here, I ordered the grilled pork banh mi here and it was SO good! The meat was juicy and very well marinated. It was also a great portion!
The second time I came, I ordered a meatball pho and fresh rolls. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both. The broth for the pho was so bland that I added some msg myself and that only made it slightly better. The noodle and beef portions were also very small so I was still hungry after eating this.
The fresh rolls were not tasty, luckily the sauce kind of saved it. For what I got and the taste of these, I don't want to reorder. If you want AMAZING fresh rolls, try Tamarind tree in Seattle's Chinatown.
The customer service experience I had was really mixed. The man cooking and the older lady are both super nice and friendly. However, the last time I went, the girl cashier seemed to be checked out and not really paying attention to customers waiting in line. She barely spoke up so I couldn't hear what she was saying, she was either having a bad day or she really didn't want to be there.
I am giving 4 stars because of the amazing banh mi and great customer service from the man cooking and older lady. I saw them working very hard and caring for the customers, telling us to feel free to sit down anywhere while we waited for our food. Customer service goes a long way for me, so I will give them...

I have come to this place for many years; customers service is bad. It looks like they mad of me. The girl came to take my order like always I know what to eat even before coming.
She took my order and I ordered a black coffee which she rudely said “we don’t have black coffee sir” I said sure you have go ask to see yourself (not exact words but something like this).
I did not like how she addressed me at first so the coffee took for ever to come. She brought my food I asked for spicy sauce (hot) like always do. She brought me some and I asked for sriracha which she brought the bottle but it wasn’t the sauce (home made sauce kind of sweet).
If you see the picture, it is not the sauce that must be in the bottle. I addressed the girl and she said it was sriracha I told her it was not. First of all you do not argue with customers they always right girl if you want business to come to your place.
I went one more time after words but don’t feel good anymore. If customer service doesn’t get better I would not...

The food is high quality and will hit your taste buds perfectly. It was extremely good compared to other places, and the serving portion is well worth your money! This is the place to go if you dont care about service but care about your food being tasty with large portions.
I do think they need to reevaluate on how they take care of customers though. Atmosphere didnt really feel welcoming. It seemed like they dont care if you decided to eat there or not. If customers order food at least offer something to drink as well. They do need to work on checking in with customers after being served or at least make sure they have enough water or what ever drink was ordered get refilled.
Overall: 5 stars for hitting my taste buds. 5 stars for large portion servings. 4 stars for customer service. 4 stars for price.
Would I go back? Only if I feel really hungry or only if I want true a Vietnamese food with large portions.
