I think the spice slightly overwhelmed the fish's delicate taste. The salmon itself was cioked wrll done, coming across as a bit dry. I didn't ask for it to be prepared a veryain way, my bad. The accompanying red rice provided a nice textural counterpoint - well-cooked and fluffy, though somewhat bland on its own. The saving grace of the meal was the Brussels sprouts, which were perfectly crispy and beautifully balanced with a tangy balsamic glaze that added a bright, acidic note to the plate. I have ordered off menu breakfast, and had the buffet breakfast, definitely order off menu, the quality is 10X better. They have really good Bloody Marys, coffee is what you'd expect at a hotel. The employees were very friendly & professional, but that's where it ends unfortunately. The food just wasn't up to par, it tasted very bland and there wasn't hardly anything to choose from as well. The place was clean, but very few customers, which wasn't a good sign to begin with. Unfortunately I don't think I will be back for the reasons...
