I have never been treated so rude at any restaurant 😒. Store staff are completely terrible!! I'm a delivery driver. This order wasn't place for me. I arrived at the store for pickup. My pickup time was 11:30 am on my app. I arrived at 11:25 am. Employee says are you here for that large order? I say yes I am. She says " You're too early, that order says we have until 1:00 pm. It's going to be an hour and a half before it's done." As she is speaking another employee tells me she's working on it. The order consisted of 11 sandwiches and 11 bags of chips. As she is working on it, the first staff says that order will be ready at 1 pm again you can wait or cancel the order. I politely say ma'am I don't mind waiting, but I can't understand why I would be waiting an hour and a half for 11 sandwiches that's in the process of being made. I walk out to call customer and tell her my experience and delay, I walk in, to check on the order and at this time it's 11:34 am. There was 7 of the 11 sandwiches made as I explained to customer who has a lunch break at noon that they were still saying 1 pm. I'm assuming this must of been a manager that comes from the back as I'm discussing my experience with my customer. He says "can I help you with something" I respond saying "I'm speaking with my customer about her delay". He goes on with "I don't like your attitude and the order won't be ready until 1 pm. Pulls out his tablet and point to a time of 1:05 for pickup. At this time we're only waiting on 3 more sandwiches and time is 11:45. I explain to him I don't have an attitude and I'm not happy with the way I'm being treated. I also explain that I don't mind waiting for orders but am confused as to why I would be waiting another hour and 15 minutes for this order. I step out to call doordash, which reached out to the store and got no response. At this time my order was canceled due to customers request. I still can't understand there logic but I did receive half pay for my order, which was $30.00. I feel it was worth the hassle I received but not so happy for my customer who' lunch break...

When you order online for pickup in store it estimates for a bone in quarter ham a 4lb- 4.99lb to roughly be $56.21 serves up to 6. Or a 5lb-5.99lb to roughly be $68.70 serves up to 7. When you place your order online it doesn't specify a weight but says serves up to 6 so I would assume it to be between 4 to 4.99lb. I got my ham today and it weighs 3.8lbs FOR $80 ARE YOUR SERIOUS! I call corporate and they tell me there's nothing they can do, can't transfer me to a supervisor that I have to go online and fill out a contact us section on there page which I did. But I called the store to get a price estimate and they told me a 4lb ham would have cost my roughly $50 and I got charged $80 not including the shipping for a 3.8lb ham. I get there today the guy says "this is our busiest season we do not have what you are looking for." It was neither here nor there I had no idea what he was talking about but he was clearly perplexed as to why I though I could get what I always get normally.
