I decided to hit the drive thru while running errands. There were 4 cars ahead of me. When it was my turn, I saw they had posted a sign on the order board telling customers to please be kind. She started talking but I only caught “when ready” and “card”. I asked her to repeat what she said, “we only take card!” Okaaay, so I placed my order, she gave me the total, I said thank you and she said Uh huh. The line was moving really slow, so I had plenty of time to think about that sign. I get it, you’re short staffed but does that sign mean the worker is free to be indifferent and borderline rude? A car pulled around past me and stopped next to the car ahead of me. The car sat there and the worker never acknowledged them, so I pulled up to the window. That car laid on the horn (I jumped a mile). The worker looked at them but didn’t say anything. The driver had to shout that she was missing the cheddar cheese cup and straws. She turned to another worker and he said he would take it out to them. He clarified that it was just a cup of cheese and she said yes. I said, “and the straws”. She said, “I already told her we are out of straws!” (So best to mind my own beeswax). Then the computer went down. She handed me my tea (I wasn’t brave/stupid enough to ask for a straw). A manager came over and they had to reboot the system twice. Meanwhile, no one bothered to even apologize for the delay. She handed me the bag, asked if I wanted sauce, I said no thanks. She said, uh huh. Alrighty then. Since I was driving, I thought a beef n cheddar wasn’t the best choice because they can be deliciously messy. Yum! I needn’t have worried. There was a tiny amount of cheese and even less of the sauce. $8+ for a dry sandwich, a tea and a rude girl at the...
Read moreI've been here multiple times and keep hoping the experience improves but it does not. Drive through generally takes 20 min and you'll see many cars leave early. Last night was exceptionally awful at just under one hour. We had to repeat the order 3 times to get it right 6 combos but nothing special). We were handed 3 drinks and one was half full... Literally only half full. None of the drinks were marked so we couldn't tell which was forgot. After trying everything we figured it out but they only handed us 2 more drinks... Reminded then again there's supposed to be 6 and one was only half full. Only one additional drink was given and the girl shut the window and walked away. This is common experience with drive through which is the only option. You must double check everything handed to you because something is certainly wrong. The food quality is generally ok. There usually something that is dry and send to have been sitting for awhile. Overall it's the only Arby's option around this area so if you really want the food, be prepared to spend 30 min waiting and having to fix your order before leaving. Expect things to be stale or cold. If you go with those expectations you will not be disappointed. This is based off 4 separate trips over a 6 month...
Read moreThe first time my wife and I went here, it was good through the drive-thru right on point. It didn't take a long time
Update: today 6.18.22 It was horrible. It was the food was not good. A line in the drive-thru the line going. The guy behind the counter was nice. Just seemed overwhelmed. The Coke machine was completely broken. The bathroom was dirty like extremely dirty and it just was really bad. There was a notice from the city on the door. Picture will be in closed and this place is just it looks like it's really going downhill and it's just I would say avoid until they fix the issues on the negative reviews. It's like a generic send you a comment and all that but the a grade was just barely an a but it wasn't a. It was a good place to go but for some reason it's gone downhill and I would say avoid it used to be good. Now it's not. I really do not like to give negative reviews. Something is wrong with one of three critical elements, I do not know which one; People, process or product. Either Way, until it is...
