I am so disappointed in the service that was given this morning. I have been saving points and doing the promotions to get more points so my 17 year old could get to 400 points to get a cup she wanted. We hit that goal yesterday so this morning before school she went to this location and told the person taking her order she wanted to pay with her points. The person then takes 200 points and pays for the drink (which my daughter had her card out to pay for) and then says you don't have enough points to get the cup. My daughter said that is not what I want to do I want to use my points for my cup and pay for the drink. The person then tells her it's too late (which I know for a fact is a lie). My daughter was crushed and put her cup back. This was one of her first experiences on her own and now she is upset cause she didn't know what to do. I frequent this location as does she but no more. It's just sad that the person working wouldn't even try to fix it. She is 17 and was raised right so no she didn't cause a scene or anything she simply called me once she got outside crying...
Read moreI lost my father in law over the weekend. There is so much comfort in a good cup of coffee which is what led me to my "cup of comfort" during a time of greiving. I was in the drive-thru this past Sunday morning at around 10:45 & I told the kind young man that I had enough points to have a "new" coffee, when I meant to say a "free" coffee. I couldn't even muster up the right word to say "free"and almost broke down in the drive thru as I couldn't even remember to convey the right word. Thankfully this kind soul went along with it as he knew what I meant. A few moments I got my coffee & it hit me & I said, "I am so sorry, I meant to say free coffee and chuckeled". He said back, "I knew what you meant. Have a great day." Thank you to that kind gentlemen for being patient with me during this trying time. When I am in that area visiting, you are my go to place and I am so deeply thankful for you all. I wish more customer service establishments were as kind and patient as you and your staff are. Thank...
Read moreI enjoy coming to this Starbucks from time to time to work. Staff are hard-working and kind, and my drinks are generally spot on as well as my food.
The only problem I have with this starbucks are some of the high schoolers that go here. Last time I went, a few high school couples went, sat along the wall, and were making out like 80% of the time they were there. It was getting unbearably uncomfortable and I noticed many customers trying to not be made uncomfortable. When one of the boys broke out the "blanket over the lap", I couldn't take it anymore. I made the manager aware and she said she may or may not be able to kick them out because there is a fine-line between what you can kick people for but she would keep an eye out despite being, from what I could see, super busy. Luckily she did end up asking them to leave and thank Heavens because they were really disturbing to be forced to see... ...Who goes a Starbucks to get handsy?....Glenn...
