Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Kernersville

This was the 2nd time i had a terrible experience from this location. Food was cold ,fries wasn't fresh. I went to resolve this problem, asked for fresh good in drive-thru they asked for the food back ( Which No Restaurant/Fast Food Should Do In Drive-Thru ) the cashier blocked windows so I couldn't see what they were doing 🤔, I seen one work that was remaking fries then cover one of them with a napkin over some fries then I seen another worker do something strange when preparing our new order. 🤔 So I pulled up some to see,then the worker that blocked the window asked me to pull up after the worker that originally handed out our food,was making our new order ( The One Who HandedOut The Old Food. Then i just asked for a refund because they was doing something weird 😐, I handed them all the food even the drinks and ice cream, the manager he was nice, he did the transaction for my refund told him Thank You , I can see in his eyes that his crew is no good. So please people inspect your food before leaving this place, you might want to go inside, they will hand out old food to you at drive-thru. If so just...

I’m a FedEx worker. When I take time out of my day to stop and get food, that time is valuable to me, every second counts, if your open you serve the food on your menu! If I show up sat 10:45 and want to order a $5 3pc tender combo that comes with a sundae, it’s only 15 min till 11, serve me the meal I ask for!!! Terrible service! I get rules, but when it’s only 15 min till. Not cool!

The worse thing was, it was by the manager! Whose job is customer service! Terrible customer service. I love Dairy Queen.but the ability for this manager to keep a loyal customer happy which, I’ve done this in the past 2 months fine when I come in at 10:30. Very upset with this bad customer service. If you want to order something from their “time sensitive menu” and your one minute early or late, better give up.

Do not do not do not go to this Dairy Queen in Kernersville. I went with my brother and my sister and my four-year-old son to get some ice cream after we had ate lunch and I was in the middle of ordering talking to the woman ordering the ice creams and they jumped a guy and started OK OK ma’am all right we got it and started yelling in the mic And was very very rude to us so I continue and I tell him look you don’t have to be rude we’re just here to order Adam nowhere he just started screaming like a maniac so I still pull up to the window and I get my order and my order was wrong. I asked for a peanut butter cup blizzard and he gave me Reese’s pieces blizzard and then so they changed that and I went at the window and then after that he gave me barely any Reesie’s cups in my ice cream so I go in there and I ask him what the hell is going on he was like look ma’am I’m the owner if you don’t like it you can leave that ass so I just continued on and I just got my refund.
