Management is awful. Both my pizzas were wrong. one wasn’t even the correct pizza. This is the worst My pizzas has ever looked. this store messes up my pizza. Every single time and I order the same thing every time. Thin crust extra sauce. My order is messed up so much I stopped getting mad that they was messing it up, I even stop ordering for a while. I decided to order tonight, thinking my pizzas will be correct. I will be inserting the pictures of what I received tonight when I saw them I said maybe this is a joke. Maybe it’s a mistake maybe this is what they Made 1st and just grab the wrong pizzas so I called the store and I spoke to a manager. His name started with a J and he told me I don’t have the right to be mad because it was a mistake. There’s a better way of asking is this a joke because when I called I asked, is this a joke and I asked did he see my pizzas before they left? Did they do a quality check because half of my pizza was burnt not only that but none of it had sauce on it. There was no sauce. The one that’s a hand tossed was supposed to be New York style. He proceeds to tell me that is the New York so while I am talking and telling him what’s wrong with the pizzas he tells me to stop talking because he needs to talk and he’s the only one who can fix the situation. At that point my blood was boiling all I wanted was my refund I was scared for them to make my pizzas because I didn’t know if they would do anything to them. The manager on duty on December 17, 2024 at 10:30 PM needs way better customer service or he does not need to be working there at all. Read moreOrdered delivery through the app and they had the house number one house off. Delivery driver pulled in driveway and then left. The app showed the delivery had been made. I called the store and after being placed on hold immediately for 11 minutes I hung up and called back. The second call I explained the situation and they realized the driver came back to the store with the pizzas without informing anyone in the store or reaching out to me. They found the pizzas somewhere in the store just sitting. They offered to remake the pizzas and a $15.00 discount with a 2 liter drink on a $48.00 order. They advised the original pizzas were there and still somewhat warm. Due to time constraints I told them to go ahead and deliver the original ones. I then asked for a manager to find out why the driver would just let the order go and not reach out on where to take it or let a supervisor know what had happened after my card had been charged. My problem was not with the address being wrong or the driver taking the order back, it was the fact that she was not going to tell anybody what had happened. As you can see when the pizzas arrived they looked like they had been tossed in the trash and pulled back out. I asked the manager (Jeremiah) for his name and he refused to give it to me. I thought we needed more compensation for this order. After some discussion he told me $15.00 was it and hung up on me. In the end, the district manager Scott got involved and refunded the money. I am really surprised that someone is in a manager role and will not give his name out. Read moreUm nope. I order a lot from Dominoes ( personally, for work and when I travel) and had a pitiful experience tonight. I ordered over a hour before they closed. Put the dog outside and when I came in had a message from them saying they cancelled my order because they were behind and I didn’t answer quickly enough. WTH. When I called back, the shift leader said that was their policy and he was trying to not have them get in trouble by being behind because the owner gets a message when they run behind. Great you pay for a pizza online and they can randomly cancel it...but keep taking phone or other online orders? He did offer me a credit, but those have literally never materialized and you have to call them...it doesn’t show up online. The young man told me he wasn’t able to stop folks from ordering online as he was only the shift leader. I was informed I could call back in 20 minutes when they wouldn’t be as busy, which I did. I was told again they were still busy ( so apparently they kept taking orders...just not mine? ) and my pizza would be late and cold. Huh? We had quite the discussion about him likely losing a good customer...he kept offering credit to which I kept saying that didn’t solve my problem of needing something now. I had no options after midnight but them. Hello. so I ordered knowing it would be late and likely cold as the shift leader pretty much promised that would be the case. It’s now 2 hours later and still no pizza. Really. So to the owner of the store...while I know it’s not like meaningful...I’ll be calling corporate to offer...
