Elizabeth's Italian Restaurant Pizzeria — Restaurant in Kernersville

I will never never order from this place again. I had bought their smallest sandwich from the restaurant last week. I truly enjoyed so much after getting it after my son's practice, fast forward to last night. I bought another one but it was suppose to be their biggest philly cheese steak. They messed up my order and gave me a cold cut and a philly cheese steak sandwich. I ate one last night and saved the other to eat for today when I opened my last one it was not like my other philly. I called him today and told him. Hey you all gave me the wrong sandwich. His response yelling was what do you think we work for free, I know you ate it.. Mind you I'm staring right at the sandwich. I said look I do have it, he cut me off and kept saying that's what you ordered. And hung up!!! I immediately called back and told him that was very rude, I never order a cold cut, it was suppose to be the big hot sub. He gave me one hot sub, and that's when I opened to warm up my other one it was a cold cut. So now I'm forced to eat something I never asked for. Y'all I can't drive so my mom comes to take me around after I broke my ankle, so to spend my money on something after I got a ride and I didn't order is crazy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, YES THE FOOD WAS GOOD! BUT HE DO NOT BELIEVE IN MAKING MISTAKES, AND WILL BE VERY RUDE AND MEAN TO YOU ABOUT IT! I had even offered to bring the wrong sandwich, he told me blatantly he will not make the right one very loudly again, and said my son order that when he came in. Little do he know he lied because it was order over the phone. He just ran in and paid for it and got it for me. He will never receive my business or anyone I know business again. I hate it because it was the only Italian like pizza place around here, but I will pay for another further than here if I have to. Sir if you are reading this, you need to take a class on customer service and how to talk to people. You can go...

I will not be coming back to this place again. The customer service was awful. Me and my dad decided to stop by to grab some pizza since we're familiar with other restaurants with the same name (that have been fantastic but clearly this is not the same establishment). After we ordered, we came back 10 - 15 mins later to pick up the order when the people at the counter would not interact with me and after I stood around awkwardly, they refused to give me my order when I finally asked. The rest of the staff looked on in confusion without anyone coming to help me or even ask what was happening. I kindly asked the man at the counter why I couldn't get my order, he stated that the person who runs the register left and would be back later (WHAT TYPE OF EXCUSE IS THIS?!). I asked if I could pay cash, the answer of course was no. Of course, I left with no intention of ever coming back.

I do not want to think this was racially motivated because it simply could just be terrible customer service but either way, they clearly are picky with who they want to eat in their restaurant and I guess I was not one of them....

Wow! What a difference 3.3 miles makes. I've been ordering Greek salads from Walkertown Elizabeth for a minute. Not the greatest Greek salad but edible. And the people are kind. At least they know what grilled chicken should taste like. I really don't know what it was I received from Kernersville Elizabeth. It was the first time I have eaten here. I really don't think they understand the concept of what grilled chicken is. I mean bleeek! Dang!!! Such disregard for a perfectly good chicken 🐔 WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?????. We're you thinking? Do you even care at all???? The teeny tiny parts is parts no flavor at all .mess that you tried to pass off as food was a shameful act of culinary incompetence. AND!AND!!!! The salad part was NOTHING to write home about. Simply an awful meal. Elizabeth pizza in Kernersville doesn't care about what garbage they serve. Or they are simply incompetent. Trust me.... drive 3.3 more more miles to Walkertown and get ...
