Arby's — Restaurant in Kettering

I stopped in for their Lenten Friday fish sandwich deal. The fish patties are shredded fish and not filets, so it's hard to know what is really in them. I tried both the regular and spicy versions. The regular sandwich was ok, and nothing special. The spicy version was the exact same sandwich with a few shakes of some spicy seasoning (thinking some cajun blend). Both had a huge blob of tartar sauce added which pretty much drowned the entire sandwich and just made for a sloppy mess. The sandwich were 2 for $6, which was about right given their quality (nothing impressive) but the kicker was the medium soft drink for $2.29. I knew I should have went elsewhere when I arrived and the lights were all off in the parking lot and numerous lights off inside. However I was really in the mood for some curly fries. I pulled in the back and the menu was still lit, so I ordered. The lady on the other end of the speaker was very short borderline rude. When I pulled around to the window she proceeded to roll her eyes and continue her attitude. Interior light through the drive thru wasn't on either. Normally fast service and fresh food but here lately they've been out of damn near everything on the menu when I go there to get food for my disabled mother and me just to have to call my mother and inform her that they don't have any roast beef or anything she was craving and then she gets upset and says she don't want anything to eat so I have to calm her down and figure out what else she wants other then Arby's . I'm very dissatisfied with this location and it's services for the past 2 and a half months now to present day smh they used to be really fast food and always had everything on the menu when you wanted it but...
