Place was dead and they didnt seem to care that 8 people were wanting to sit and enjoy the food. Waitress had such a bad attitude. Food was bland and the chef messed up 3 orders and served us raw bacon, twice!!! The manager became aggressive when we asked to have something removed from our ticket and started yelling at our friend in front of everyone. They did reconcile the ticket, but the bad taste of food and service was already left as our first impression. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to a business that actually appreciates having you!"

I’m the manager at Willie T’s and was present during your party’s recent visit. I wanted to take a moment to clarify a few things, as your recollection of the events doesn’t quite align with what actually occurred. I am very sorry this was your WORST experience ever as we strive to be very welcoming, fun and laid back as that is what the "island life" vibe is all about.
One of the gentlemen in your group very vocally expressed his displeasure over some food errors: first with your server then the floor manager, and then with the bartender. He raised his voice, was noticeably aggressive, and created a rather uncomfortable scene for all involved. At no point, however, did any member of my staff raise their voices in return. I observed the entire situation closely, and I have to say—they handled it with professionalism and patience. Honestly, they get an A+ from me.
The issues with your food were promptly addressed and corrected, as is our standard. We certainly understand that mistakes happen, and we do our best to make things right; something I hope the gentleman in your party will take to heart moving forward.
Hopefully, his week is going a bit better, and with any luck, he might consider extending the same courtesy and respect to food service workers that I’m sure he values in his own workplace.
I only rated us 4 stars as we understand there is always room for improvement and higher goals that we can set for ourselves.

Read moreThe food was ok, not the best but was the best thing about this place. The service was horrible. We were sat in the back and asked if a table up front came available could they move us. The host says sure. So a table comes available and we ask the host if we can move now, she says you have to ask your waitress. So why not tell us that when we first asked. So we ask the waitress, she flat out says no in a rude way to my friend. So I'm like why not. She said it wasn't her table, but yet she waited on the table next to it...🙄🙄🙄🙄 Ok but do you know how many times we've ask to be moved in other places and they didn't have a problem with it? So needless to say she didn't get the tip she would have got if she wouldn't have been so rude about it. Her serving manners are horrible as well. She puts her underarm in my face when she's reaching for my plate I wasn't done with. I didn't get her name but she knows who she is bc when we got ready to leave she says im sorry yall are mad at me about not moving but it is what it is...She also never refilled my friends drink not once. At this point we needed to get out of there bc I felt my blood boiling. She surely doesn't need to be a waitress if she can't handle the hustle and bustle of a busy restaurant. Read moreI can honestly say I’ve never been treated so rudely by staff. Went there a a week ago, it was spring break, they were understaffed, I get it. Our group of 4 are very patient people and have no problem waiting. We waited at the hostess stand for 10 minutes and were not acknowledged. We watched many people walk past us and just seat themselves so we decided to do the same. There were dirty dishes on the table we chose on the shade, no problem, we didn’t mind and would’ve been patient while they were cleared. My friend asked the server that came up how his day was and he said ‘it was good until you sat at a dirty table’. Oh, ok, so we still ordered drinks, he gave me a hard time about my ID, I’m 35, but since it was not a federal ID he was clearly unpleased. Still served us but continued to say he ‘needed to get the Covid off the table and to move our shit’. My husband said ‘what did you say’ he said it again ‘move your shit’. Then he left his dirty rag and cleaner behind. We waited 10 minutes for our drinks, we tipped 20% and left. We won’t be back.
