McDonald's — Restaurant in Killingly

these people are crazy three stars two stars you must of been either in a rush. We’re just having a very bad day because when I went there for the first time and I’m from Massachusetts, I come down here for the first time in a long time and I will came to this McDonald’s and I was only there for like a minute and a half before my order was done and it was extremely hot food and they even put salt and pepper on their burgers which is amazing not everyone likes it like that which is OK but then again it’s really good to see that some McDonald’s to provide it which is awesome overall I wasn’t here very long when I talk to the employee was very polite and very quick with the order. I think it’s amazing how people put reviews on companies without actually understanding what they are doing if you had a terrible experience at this location than reasonable to do a review but just because something went wrong that one time you went, doesn’t mean you destroy their reputation so for that I do like the service here I don’t come all the time so I guess I got lucky on the day I came so I will look forward to the next time I come and I will be looking for any issues I do reviews daily when I am out traveling mainly do it when I am free to do reviews I seen this review and I have been to that location so I put five stars because of the service I had when I went but look forward to the next time I come because of all the negative reviews I see I want to see if I see anything out of the ordinary to...

MENU HACK #5 Money is tighter than a tiger these days. Bring two phones with two different accounts with you (you may need to hook up to wifi if your second phone doesn't have service, great use of that 5 year old android phone) on free fry friday (medium fries only) On the extra phone order a drink for a buck and add free fry (no salt for freshness!) and then order 2 Mcdoubles for $3.50 and add free fry(no salt for freshness!) For under $5 bux with tax you have a hearty heart attack meal that includes a large soda, 2 medium hot fresh fries, and 2 McDoubles. Enjoy your meal and your savings. Be sure to park in a mobile order parking spot and not drive through and check your ethics at the door. (also be sure you have your grandmas permission to use her McDs account and to make sure she doesn't also want to enjoy her own free fry Friday)

If I could give them no stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. I was standing there at the register waiting to be acknowledged by staff. Never happened. Then 5 managers walked by me without so much as a hello or have you been helped. When I questioned if it’s customary now for McDonald’s employees to ignore their customers, one of them decided she was going to get defensive and tell me they have a managers meeting/other responsibilities to tend to. As she was walking away. I said to her, I understand but you’re missing the point. You have 7 ppl on and only one working the drive through, smh; and not a one of you bothered to say someone will be right with you. All you did was walk by me. Twice. After socializing in the corner. Then I left. Tried to call to complain. No answer. Tried a corporate form. No luck there, so this is the best...
