Denny's — Restaurant in Kingman

Worst experience I’ve ever had with management. When we sat down our server was very nice and in no way do I blame her for our experience. When we received our food, I noticed a white hair in my french toast, I was just going to politely ask for it to be remade, no big deal. After further inspection I noticed many more white hairs and tons of short black ones. I was very grossed out because the more I cut the French toast the more hairs appeared. I kindly told the server my friend and I were no longer interested in eating the food as we lost our appetite. We had not eaten anything yet. Our server said she would get her manager. The server comes out and says my manager would like me to bring the plate to back to show her. Immediately the manager, Dorthy comes out extremely rude! Saying “I have looked all over there are absolutely no hairs on this plate.” I shined my phone light on the plate for better lighting and showed her the multiple hairs. Dorthy responded with “oh I see.” I explained I understand it was a mistake but we have lost our appetite and would just like to leave please. Dorthy very rudely said I would not have to pay for my meal however, my friend would have to pay for her meal since there was no hair in that meal. I explained to Dorthy that it was unappetizing to witness multiple hairs in food that was prepared in the same kitchen, and we would not be eating the food. Dorthy was consistently incredibly rude and offered no reasoning even though I was trying to politely explain my concerns. Dorthy stated “my cook is bald so that hair did not come from him.” Eventually after Dorthy continued to argue with me, she said I will remake the food for you. Where I Once again explained, I no longer have an appetite and I did not want the food. Eventually after extremely poor experience talking to management, my friend paid for her food, $17 on something she did not touch. After looking at Dorthy closer while checking out I noticed her black shirt covered in white fur. When I asked the manager her name and she very rudely said Dorthy. I told her I would be calling corporate, and she said “good, do it.” I understand mistakes happen however, the absolute no reasoning and the “manager” immediately being defensive that there was no hair in the food and offering no apologies, was a huge turn off. My name is Alejandro. Me and my pregnant girlfriend decided to have a night out and went to eat we saw dennys was pretty close and was pretty good when we had it in apple valley CA, so we thought why not. We cane in around 10:30pm ish and it wasn’t really full with people. We were quickly seated and asked what drink we’d like to start with and we said water. We sit down and later we decided what we want, we got the shareable wings half and half well done and I got the double cheese burger and my girlfriend got the Cali Club Sandwich. We ate the food it was pretty good and we paid and left a $3 tip. we drove home and went to sleep, but today my pregnant girlfriend woke up early throwing up heavily over and over again and her stomach is in just pain and she says her chest feels like some one is squeezing her. I woke up and I have these nasty sulfur burps that are disgusting and diarrhea I now have to call off work and sit home sick and in pain and I am so deeply concerned for my pregnant girlfriend and we are planning on going to the hospital. This place is pathetic. I came in and waited to be seated and didn’t even get acknowledged. I went to grab my own menu and sat myself down. The old lady just kept looking over at me but didn’t say a word. She went to go sit a family down when I went up to her and asked her if I had to let them know I was here or start cooking my own food to be seen. She said I had to wait to be seated. She went on to tell another girl something and the girl asked if I wanted a drink. I told her no I just want food but I keep getting ignored. She said well you should have waited to be seated. I told her so due to me not waiting since there was nobody there here to seat me you’re going to treat me bad and ignore me. Then she states do you want to order something or not. Very rude here. Feels like a racist environment. Old white lady and white fat girl with piercings all over her face.
