I recently took a trip to the I hop here in Kingman with my family we spent over $50.00 on this trip and had absolutely horrible service. The server never returned to our table to ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. in stead of handing each person their drinks she had me hand them out. she never poured the first cup of coffee in stead she handed me the cups and then set the coffee pot on the table. Also she had psoriasis on her hands. I understand this is a medical condition, and can not be helped, but when your hands are broke out in scabs you need to be wearing gloves when you are handling food. When i brought it to the managers attention her response was. We have already dealt with the health department over this issue before because of people like you complaining. Its a health condition and it can not be helped and she is not required to wear gloves. I have been around the food service industry my entire life and I can honestly say i have never been some place that has such horrible service in my life. The food was not all that great either, the ingredients where not fresh and the food did not all come out at the same time, and she never came back to the table to clear away any dirty dishes on top of all that when we where getting ready to leave she pretty much threw the check on the table with out a word. I found our experience very unsatisfying and I would defiantly not recommend any one to that restaurant. I defiantly wont be going back there...
Read moreLet's start with my mother and I came in. There's was nobody in front or behind us waiting to be seated. It took about 15 minutes to be seated and it wasn't busy. Ordered drinks right away and got them fairly quick. Then it took another 10-15 for our server to come back to take the order. The eggs weren't cooked. I asked for over easy and my mother asked for over easy. We both got almost raw and all over the plate when they arrived. I'm not talking about the yolks, the whites were almost all liquid with a few cooked chunks floating around. The toast had almost zero butter on them. The chicken fried steak I ordered was ok but overly done and crispy. My mother's bacon... One piece was burnt, the other barely cooked. Had zero refills on drinks. My pancakes were soggy. The syrup pours out at a ridiculously slow drizzle. My hash browns were a congealed semi solid chunk when they arrived. Took approximately another 10 minutes standing at the counter to pay the check. None of the servers seemed capable of base polite customer service. Made me feel guilty for bothering them to place an order. I spent way to much money for this incredibly subpar experience.

Read moreI ordered two entrées TOGO one morning & the food was absolutely awful. There was barley any syrup on my strawberry & cream creaps and no whip cream. My boyfriend ordered a bacon cheeseburger that was undercooked. I called and spoke with a female manager whom was extremely polite & said if we came in we would get a free drink & meal. When we came into eat today our server was very kind and apologized for the inconvenience & took our orders &said anything you'd like is on us, we want you to have a good experience. Well the male manager who was working never came up to out table and made us feel extremely uncomfortable while eating. He also very loudly and rudely told the server that we were only able to have two drinks &two entrées which was fine we weren't expecting anything more but the way he went about it was absolutely unprofessional. He continued to give us dirty looks throughout our meal, & never apologized for the experience we had prior. The food was pretty good the second time around but the male manager that was working tonight really should learn some good customer experience tactics & make the customers feel more welcomed...
