Tasty's Fresh Burgers — Restaurant in Kingsland

Coming from Florida the kids were really hungry I looked up a place that had good reviews and very interesting in the selection look very tasty. I walk in the young lady at the register was very helpful in helping me choose a selection of food that I would like to order sat down and use the bathroom sat back down again it was in the night about 930 they close at 10 I was the last one with my children went back to the bathroom wash my hands before I left called within five minutes because I noticed I left my wallet in the bathroom on the sink the place did not answer at 9:40 it was closed I called in the morning at 10:30 they took my name and everything they stated that they have a cleaning crew that come in because they don’t see my wallet anywhere they called me back after speaking to the manager and state that no one has seen my wallet not even a cleaning crew now I just stated that I was allowed one out of that building only people were in there were the younger workers which majority of them are teens I am out of state I drove 10 hours I don’t have not one card no ID 10 hours with kids and no money !!! Ask them today have a camera they said no they only have camera at the register like I told them well one of your workers had stolen my wallet and I am freezing my all my accounts very disappointing not trustworthy.!!!!! The cashier was nice and the inside of the store was clean so I gave 3 stars to service and atmosphere, However, I will never go back mainly because the food is way overpriced ... WAY OVERPRICED! I ordered a single cheeseburger with bacon, an order Supreme Southern Style Fries, a Peanut butter cookie, and a medium sized drink and it all cost over $22.00. The burger came with Tasty Sauce; the patty was way overcooked and tough; the Tasty Sauce (their version of Thousand Island type sauce) to me was just gross. The fries were fresh cut & cooked, but not crispy and were on the verge of being burn. The fries were also supposed to be topped with house-made chili, nacho cheese, and jalapenos. Because I ordered takeout, they put the chili and cheese sauce in individual containers for me to pour over the fries at home but I didn't mind that. The chili was absolutely disgusting; their website says it's home-made, but it tasted like it was straight out of a can, the cheese sauce was right out of a can, and there were no jalapenos whatsoever. I don't know if they bake their cookies in store or if they are sourced somewhere else but my cookie was absolutely raw cookie dough; I spit it out and threw it away. Terrible. We decided to try this place today on our way back from Jacksonville to Brunswick. First off, it's so expensive, $60 for 2 quarter pound burgers, 2 fries, 2 - 2 oz kids burgers meals, 2 shakes and a cookie. Secondly, we waited over 25 minutes for at best sub-par burger and fries. Literally nothing special about their burgers, no seasoning, nothing. The fries were soggy and just nasty. We decided to eat there but the kids meals were to go, they said they were keeping them up front until we were ready.... well one was supposed to have fries and the other tater tots... was not the case, was not ready, waited another 10 minutes. It was absolutely absurd between service and bad experience with their food. I never leave 1 star review, but this was the WORST experience in minimally several years that I've had. I do feel like the girls up front were working hard to take all the orders and make the shakes... one star for the chocolate shakes, they were good!
