Update review may 16 2025 Dunkin has changed staff within 3 years from my first review Came in today with a friend and Christina was absolutely amazing Super friendly customer service Made the coffee exactly how we wanted Thank you Christina
Hashbrowns were burnt The blue raspberry coolaatta wasn’t even a coolatta it was basically koolaid Asked for whipped cream then barely got any after asking the second time The woman taking our order was rude and kept telling us to hold on then we asked if she got all our drinks three times at the speaker no answer figured we’d pull up and ask to add on our drink they forgot/didn’t pay attention to Then said they can’t take the orders at window I get fast food and retail I actually worked at dunkin for a few years But this service was unacceptable And then another young woman came to the window saying that we had an attitude When we didn’t We repeated the order several times calmly because we both worked in fast food/retail I also visited this dunkin before but it was early morning crew Not second shift The only nice one was the lady in the sling trying to ring everyone out

Read moreI wanted to try dunkin donuts because when I was out of town in New York I had such a great experience. I wanted to try something other Starbucks. I pulled into the drive thru to find what I wanted. The personnel asked what I wanted and I stated I needed a moment, I haven’t been here for a while. I was on a call but making commentary, laughing trying to figure out what would be good to order. Instead of asking if I needed help. I was greeted with disrespect “are you ready yet?” I said “no, is there a problem, am I taking to long or something” the personnel replied “no, but I can hear your whole conversation” I’m not sure why this is or isn’t their problem and why it bothered them so much. It had nothing to do with them, nor was the anyone else in line. I told them never mind I didn’t want anyone to spit in my food or to not care about my order because I was having a good day and they weren’t. As I said “im good, don’t worry about it” I still was met with more attitude and disrespect” “ummm okay, and” ok bisssh I will never go to this location ever again.

Read moreThis location (along with most of the locations in the STL area) is poorly managed with employees who don't know what they are doing. I ordered a bacon egg & cheese on a bagel, only to be told they are out of all bagels. This has happened almost every time I have come here, & had I not been ordering food for someone else I would have just left. I settled for a croissant (which was discusting) & also ordered a large coffee with cream & sugar & a latte. She then asks me if I want cream & sugar in my latte... umm no it's a latte! I get to the window & can see & hear the employees yelling & arguing with each other. They weren't even busy. The woman is then yelling "what did you order?" but she's not looking at me so I don't know who she's talking to. She asks again & I realize she is speaking to me but still has yet to make eye contact. The customer service here is awful, & I have heard from others that are always "out" of something. Maybe if they spent less time yelling at each other & more time managing their inventory & treating customers with respect their days wouldn't be so...
