Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Kirkwood

I ordered through doordash, which normally I'd accept their credit and move on, but one thing I won't ask for in credit is the tip because the driver did their job. Too bad you guys decided not to do yours. I got 4/5 of the driest hardest strips. No bourbon bbq yall say is so great, i wouldnt know, NO TOTS even splurged on cheese and bacon w Lemmon pepper rub, got a ton of stake chips....very generousw"chips", maybe chip a tooth eh? No queso though, no ranch, no chile, no Celery sticks ALL COST EXTRA- I'm a restaurants statistical dream, even added CARAMEL cheesecake the only reason I ordered here at all but guess what? no CARAMEL. Yall are Bdubbs if you think you have some award winning cheesecake in no need of any lipstick of any kind, I implore you to go to this place where cheesecake is kinda their thing it's called the cheesecake factory- you should stick to win... oh that's right you barely even offer wings who's idea was that? 6 or 30 that'll cover everybody. You guys have lost your way. And you owe me 7$ for the tip that I didn't have refunded and 5$ for delivery. I placed my order 20 minutes before close, if your people are disgruntled either close earlier or scheduled them for 30 min past close that way they will be praying for customers to keep paying them. Because this wasn't an accident oops I left off the celery- happens, but leaving off and or messing up the entire order is flat out disgruntled employees. Oh I did get Mac n cheese but I was worried about whatever could have been done to it- no way that very easy to conceal God knows what item was just AOK-...

Let me begin by saying… I have trust issues. Having been a server/bartender for a majority of my adult working life, I don’t have a great time at many restaurants. I have incredibly high standards to be met and most of them are unrealistic, idealistic, and simply unattainable. Getting that stated and out of the way… I am blown away by the staff here at the Kirkwood Buffalo Wild Wings location. They are welcoming, inviting, friendly, and accommodating to such an unbelievable degree. I’ve been coming here well over a year and am CONSISTENTLY impressed by the staff’s ability to accommodate me and whomever I chose to accompany me. I come here looking for good vibes, drinks (and drinks and drinks), and good food. I walk away every time knowing I could not have been served better. I always sit at the bar. I love knowing my bartenders. I won’t even go somewhere anymore without being on a first name basis with whoever is bartending. I love knowing I’ll be getting quality service. So, William, here is your shoutout. You’ve been nothing but great to me and the guests and your bar. You kick so much a* around here and get s** done! Most of the times the team here is being led by Richard, and I can’t believe how great he has been making an effort to get to know the patrons and telling us all stories. This is frankly one of the only places I go anymore given the dwindling quality of service found at so many of (what used to be) the neighborly restaurants around. This was a very disappointing experience tonight. I understand with covid staff is short so just showing up to some place without reservations could end up with a long wait. So after trying to call several different locations without without nobody answering the phone I chose to go online & make a reservation using open table from their website for 6:45pm. I show up early 6:30pm thinking no worries im early. There is already people waiting in line ahead of me telling how many parties they have. They get to me with a party of 2 & tell me the wait is going to be 15 minutes & I say thats ok I had made reservations for 6:45pm & they tell me the system is down so it don't matter. Well after standing there for about 10 minutes someone else comes out asking if we have been helped & I say yes, at which time I am then told the wait has gone up to at least 1 hour or more.
