Their woman’s bathroom toilet has no seat attached (it was on the ground next to the toilet) so it cannot be used but there is no out of order sign and the lady did not say anything either time we went in there. They advertise items they state they don’t have, their chocolate chips are old as they are very discolored, which caused my son to have zero desire to eat his ice cream. If you don’t pay with cash they charge an additional 3.95% on top of your total (and ask for a tip on the machine) The seats and tables are sticky, and despite nobody staying in the building after getting their order, the girl working in the store chose to sit down and charge her phone instead of cleaning the seats and tables (there is still a pandemic, isn’t there?) They provide drinks with paper straws so my straw was disintegrated in my milkshake before I could finish it, although the Oreo milk shake was tasty, I was surprised that I didn’t even receive a lid for it so my whip cream was falling off and out of the cup. Had the general store coupon book, which offers buy one, get one FREE. got a 15 dollar sundae and an 10 dollar icee. Added a scoop of ice cream to the icee. The employee then charges me 25 dollars. I say, what did I get for free, the lady says" your ice cream you added to the icee was free. Lol, that's not how it works. There are 2 items, here, not 3. You can charge whatever ridiculous price you want for a single add on of a scoop, but the icee and scoop remain 1 item. Charge me for that, the other item was supposed to be free. Simple. $20.94 for 1 soda and for my two sons and I to get 2 scoops each. Kinda pricey but whatever. Cotton candy did not taste like cotton candy. Mint ice cream tasted like listerine and I LOVE mint ice cream. Couldnt eat it. Its like they forgot the sugar in it. I got a bottle of Mt Dew and checked the expiration date. It expired Oct 2018. 7 MONTHS AGO!!!. We brought the ice cream back and the soda, couldnt bring back the chocolate ice cream cause the 3 year old devoured it. Manager gave us only $15.03 of the $20.94. Manager never spoke a word, just shrugged his shoulders Horrible service.
