Groovy Store — Local services in Kissimmee

I genuinely love looking around this store but I rarely buy anymore because its all over-priced, “etsy-made”, poor quality products. Recently when I went they had some popularized “pop-mart” blind boxes that theyve never sold there before, and truthfully I wasnt expecting much since the boxes are obviously fake. However, I bought 2 out of curiosity since they were pretty cheap and it gave me something completely different (not even shown on the box), the paint was unbelievably messed up and just completely ugly. I took them back not even an hour after purchase with the receipt and was denied a refund since it was already opened (understandable), but atleast have the courtesy to actually sell what youre showing/advertising. Fake products just makes your store look un-credible, and I will not be returning. Instead of my $20 refund they only offered for me to pick out 2 more fake blind boxes that I didnt even want, so they lost more product just to avoid giving me a refund. The lady who helped me at the register was very understanding and kind, but Carlos the manager seems to be money hungry and phoney,...

La tienda está bien. Pero tuvimos un malentendido allí que se convirtió en un muy mal rato. En un pasillo pequeño había un señor y mi hija, se cayó un muñeco y nosotras volteamos, lo recogimos y lo pusimos en su sitio, en realidad no lo tocamos y pensamos que fue el señor al que se le cayó. Salimos de la tienda y veíamos la exhibición de carros pasar justo frente a la tienda, cuando sale una chica muy grosera con el cabello azul de la (empleada) a gritarme que por lo menos le hubiese dicho que partimos el muñeco. Yo le dije que no me gritara y que no dijera eso porque alli estaba otro señor y nosotras no tocamos ese muñeco y que más bien lo recogimos y lo colocamos allí. Dijo que revisaría las cámaras le dije que lo hiciera. A los 2 minutos salió diciéndole que si fue mi hija que ya vio las cámaras y se puso a gritar otra vez, le dije que pues no nos dimos cuenta y que en realidad creíamos que fue el señor y me dijo que fue el bolso de mi hija al pasar que lo tumbó. Y seguía gritando y agrediendo fuera de la tienda delante de la gente. Le dije que si fue así, no debía tratarnos de esa manera y comenzó a decir que yo fui la que la agredi. Total que dijo llamaría a seguridad le dije que yo la acompañaba a qué lo hiciera entramos a la tienda y llegó el señor de seguridad que de una vez se puso de su lado y ella le contaba las cosas diciendo ahora que yo la había maltratado (el tema del muñeco que se partió ya no era el asunto) y el señor dijo, ese es el problema con los hispanos (un hispano siendo racista con otros hispanos, solo en florida) le dijimos que así no eran las cosas que esa era su versión y nosotros teníamos la nuestra, y le dijimos que no deberían tratar con tanta grosería a los turistas que esto es Orlando y me dijo que allí no era Disney y que trataban como querían. Pues le dijimos que debíamos hacer si pagar y la chica dijo "es que no les estoy cobrando". Total que nos gritaron, nos trataron mal, nos dijeron que si estuviese el dueño nos hubiese tratado peor aún, nos hicieron pasar un mal rato, solo porque sí, y ni siquiera la intención era que pagaramos el muñeco que supuestamente rompimos. Deberían entrenar a los empleados mejor en sitios turísticos, sobretodo en el Old Town que aunque no es Disney como nos hizo saber el sr de seguridad. Es un sitio muy conocido y visitado por muchas personas. La gente va a pasarla bien, no a recibir esta clase de tratos. Y la chica cabello azul, debería dedicarse a otra cosa y no a trabajar...

Quality t-shirts at a great cost. They have so many neat shirts and other items. I bought a bunch of stuff for my sons birthday. Had a small issue with one of the shirts.
