Fuji China — Restaurant in Knightdale

I placed an order over Uber eats. There was no drivers a available so we had to pick it up. I sent my dad to get it. It was supposed to be ready by the time he arrived. He walked in 2 times and gave my name and they said they needed my phone number. He provided the phone number and they said they had no orders for us. He told them what we ordered and said they couldn’t release an order with out a phone number.

I called the facility and they said our food has been ready for a long time. I explained that my dad came in twice to pick it up and he said no one has come into pick it up. I verified the address and called my dad back. He went back for the 3rd time to pick it up with me on the phone. They told him again my name and phone # and said we do t have an order. My dad put me on speaker to at what we ordered again and they said oh it’s been done and handed it to him. They said all you have to do is give a name which was the first thing he has done each time he went in.

All of the lovely people who used to work here are gone. My daughter and I came for lunch and the tables were set with the crispy noodles which was odd but we each ate one thinking they probably just put them out, they were so stale we spit it into our napkins and asked for some fresh ones which we didn't get. We ordered our food and my chicken was chewy and obviously not cooked through. I apologized and asked if I could order something else and the young woman started yelling at me and telling me I ordered that! My daughter and I walked to the register and said we would pay for the iced tea and soup because we were leaving. She kept yelling at me and my daughter and I told her to calm down and all I wanted was a different meal. She just kept yelling about how we wasted her food and my daughter hadn't even tasted hers. I hardly ever leave reviews but after my experience at Fuji China today, I feel the need to! We’ve visited several times in the past! We had a small issue once with receiving the wrong order but we understand mistakes happen! We ordered via Doordash for pickup today! When we went in to pick up our order, the lady at the counter proceeded to fuss at us and say that we’d already picked it up! This was our first time in the store today! We explained what our order was and she continued to fuss at us saying that someone came in, showed her their phone and picked up our order! I’m guessing she must have confused someone else’s order with ours! But either way, I didn’t expect to be treated so poorly when we were just there to pickup an order that we had already paid for!
