Don't pay attention to the positive reviews you see. It's just employees leaving positive feedback for themselves.
I don't know where to begin. This is the WORST experience i have EVER had with a cell phone store or company BY FAR. AT&T and their employees are incompetent, rude, and inexperienced. The manager seems to be the only person that cares and wants to help the customers, but because the company is so disorganized, even he can't seem to get anything done. We have given them our info multiple times but it never seems to get saved in the system so we have to keep providing it every time. When you first walk into the store everyone that works there acts like you are just there to bother them and they want you to go away. The employees don't seem to have any clue what they are doing when they try to help you. Micro management seems to be a HUGE problem at AT&T because the employees and managers seem to need to get approval for every single thing. I spend 2 HOURS at the store waiting trying to get the phone i wanted. The employee set me up with the wrong phone. I asked them to give me the phone that i ASKED for and they couldn't go back and set it up because they had already entered in all my information in their system for the other phone. The manager made probably 10 phone calls and no one at AT&T would override the system to get me the phone i originally asked for. There was no manager override and no customer service rep or anyone else that would help him to get me the phone i originally asked for. Because of this i am having to wait for A WEEK to get the phone i need. I use my phone for work and am loosing money. My ENTIRE AT&T experience has been one disaster after another. Its a nightmare. I've been into this store 3 times and STILL don't have the phone i asked for. The manager tells me it won't be til mid next week til i get my phone. Completely...

The other girl sat on her phone and completely ignored me and my family. Ok fine, let me not acknowledge her because she is rude. I proceed to ask Seth about getting another phone for my mother and began explaining to him it was cracked and I wanted to get another one. She instant jumped up and started talking. First of all, aint nobody talking to you, have some customer service etiquette. Second of all, why are telling Seth what to tell me?? No ma'am, I began to ask SETH, what does your tablet say, simply because I believe what she had to say. She very rude and kept telling him, oh we can't take it back, wrong you can take I back, so I asked Seth, well what am I paying insurance for? Here she go again inserting herself where she don't belong. I could have asked who is helping me, you or her bc at that point it was obvious she was being petty. Then some other lady came out and just stood on the end of the table. She didn't acknowledge herself no kind of way like a bully. She just stood and watched like she was gone do something, no ma'am, no fear here. She proceed to say call the insurance company and they will send you another phone and take the cracked on back. I was like thank you SETH. The women in this establishment need training and common courtesy for their customers because things could have easily went a different way. Needless to say I will NEVER go back there. This is why I do most of my transactions online now of people like that. I pray corporate management see this and make changes because...

The manager there is named Desiree. It was a horrible experience dealing with her the little time that I had to because of her attitude. The sales associate that I dealt with was DāAndre he was super polite in which I thanked him but management was horrible. I came in to pick up a phone which I ordered online and which apparently they didnāt have in stock. DāAndre asked for confirmation e-mails that would have been sent in which I provided with no issues. Desiree then responds not even looking my direction āwell I donāt have any order here I donāt know what to tell him. He didnāt order anything hereā. So Iāve already literally paid for the phone and she wouldnāt share an ounce of giving a care about figuring out the issue like any manager Iāve ever known. Then Iām talking to DāAndre about about the process of getting the money back since I wasnāt getting the 13 my wife had wanted. Not angry. Itās just a phone honestly. She at one point turns around to DāAndre (whoās literally standing right beside me) looks at him and says with a nasty attitude āCan you just tell him itāll be 24-48 hoursā and blows like Iām just ruining her life! I paid the remaining balance of my phone and I do enjoy AT&T but being treated that way will really make some wonder who they should be spending their money with in the future.
