This past weekend my mom, my 6 month old, and myself went to have lunch with some family friends here. For the sake of their privacy I will be referring to them as S and R. S & R got there first and went in to get us a table and had ordered their drinks. S had order an UNsweet tea and requested some Splenda packets. About 10 minutes after we joined them S still hadnât received her Splenda but wanted to enjoy her drink so she pulled some out of her purse stash. Once she took a sip she realized she gave her sweet tea instead. She flagged down the waitress and told her about the mixup and was informed it should have been UNsweet but stated she would get her another. She finally brings her a new glass but no Splenda. S reminds her and stated she would go get some. 15-20 more minutes pass and still no Splenda. S pulls more from her stash. Some time goes by and our waitress finally comes back to take our order and tells us that they are out of âsugarâ, sugar was not what was requested. We began to order and I always get the crispy buffalo chicken salad with no blue cheese with ranch dressing.. after all that had already happened I started to second guess my order since it had alterations to it but it was too late. Mind you, on the menu it says the chicken is tossed with medium buffalo sauce.. moments later the waitress returns stating that the chicken in the salad I ordered comes plain and I asked if I wanted any sauce on it.. I told her I wanted the buffalo sauce thatâs listed in the description on the menu.. 35-40 minutes go by and Râs order comes out. But no one elseâs in our party. At this point, literally all of the parties that were seated after us had ordered and gotten their food. 15 or so minutes later Sâ order comes out. About 5 minutes later my salad comes but with no silverware. A man was walking across the restaurant and R stops him and asked to speak to a manager because at this point we are all pretty irritated. He just so happened to be the manager. We explain everything and he goes to check on my moms order. Moments later our waitress brings out her sandwich but no onion rings. The waitress said they would be out shortly and asked if everyone was okay now and I spoke up and said âno, we arenât, no one got their food at the same time, weâve been waiting for over an hour and other tables are being served and leaving who got here after us.â The waitress tried to say that it was the kitchens fault and that it was hectic in the restaurant that day and the kitchen was a âhot and readyâ kitchen so whatever is ready comes out first. For one, she seemed to be the only one having issues, secondly, I told her that I had been to several Buffalo Wild Wings before, including this one and my entire party has always been served at once. She didnât have a response. I finally get my silverware and start to eat. A few bites in and wouldnât you know, there was blue cheese. It honestly looked like it had been put on, they realized the mistake and tried taking it off but when you donât like something, the smallest amount stands out. Now when my mom and I ordered our drinks we each got a specialty drink. My mom didnât plan on paying for a second but she finished the first and was thirsty. At this point everyone is getting close to being finished and no one had been offered a refill. A bit later our waitress comes over and asks if we need any boxes. R spoke up and said she needed one and that my mom would like another drink, which she added to her tab prior to asking. The waitress looks at me and my hardly touched salad and I told her it had blue cheese in it. She asked if it was blue cheese dressing or blue cheese crumbles, how that was relevant Iâm not too sure because I asked for both to be taken off. Instead of offering a new salad, she blamed the kitchen and ASKED if I wanted it removed from the bill. Well ma'am, considering Iâm not gonna eat it due to the kitchens mistake, yes I would like for you to take it off the bill. No tip, stay away...
Read moreThis is undoubtedly the last time that I ever go to this location and maybe not even to any Buffalo Wild Wings anywhere.
I got an email today about the Super Bowl Special Free 6 wings that were going to be offered today from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
I messaged some friends and we were planning to go her after work.
I got there to this location about 3:30 PM. The line was out of the door. There was Zero Organization at all.
No one in line knew if it was a line for take out or to dine in. So I went inside and asked if there was a seating process or if the waitress would seat us.
After going inside, I was told to seat myself. So we did that. We found an open table and set down. After 15-20 minutes and no one came to take our order we found a spot at the bar thinking that we might get better service by seating at the bar top.
Mistake, it still took another 10 minutes even before anyone even acknowledged that we were setting there.
We finally were able to get someone to take our drink order. We asked for a menu and we were told that they did not have any menus. We should have know then that it was time to leave, but we stayed trying to see if it might get better because they were rather busy and they were under staffed but we thought that we might give them the benefit of the doubt. Wrong again.
We ordered the order of 6 Free wings for everyone and then some sides and then some extra wings to finish our order thinking that it would be easier on the bartender to do all of the orders at one time because if the kitchen was busy then it might take longer to get out orders later.
The crazy thing is that the order of the wings that we were ordering and paying for came our first. When we asked about the Free 6 wings we were told that the kitchen was busy and that they could not go to the kitchen and get that order for us.
The wings that we were paying for came out really dry and with hardly any sauce on them. We asked for extra sauce for the wings and we were told that they would get it for us.
The bartender did not go get us any extra sauce. After another 15 minutes we still did not have any extra sauce or our original order of 6 Free wings.
We asked for a manager to come and talk to us and we were told that they were all in the back getting order. Meanwhile, at this time, it was over an hour from when our original order was placed.
The point is that the whole restaurant was overwhelmed with all that was going on on this day. They should have know that they would have been busy. They did not have the staff to cover all that they had going on today. No one greeted us with a smile. Everyone that we spoke to did not take ownership for anything.
Another bartender came in behind to far to work. We asked her if she might be able to assist us and we were told that our original bartender would have to take care of us.
So after being completely frustrated we asked god out check, we paid and we left and fully intend to NEVER RETURN.
I hope that someone in Management will read this review and try to reach out. Hopefully, Corporate will not think that this is the way to handle a paying customer. We will see if...
Read more2 visits, 2 terrible experiences, which is a shame.
After the 1st visit, where a salad took well over an hour to come out, we were invited back with a $30 credit from the manager... oh boy that was a mistake.
We donât go out much these days, so when we do, we hope to have a good time, but BWW cant seem to get it right.
We entered at 7:15 and stood at the podium, Up came a girl who did not greet us, but instead said "there's a list" I asked her what was needed for the list, and she threw her hands up and walked away. Another girl appeared a moment or so later with a clipboard, also not greeting us, and asked for name and phone number. We provided our information, and sat across from the take out register, to wait for our name to be called.
We watched while people in street clothes, backpacks, walked in and out of the kitchen, with open cups and pulled their masks down to speak to each other. And while the volume of the tvs was not an issue this time, the volume coming from the kitchen was startling. One staff member in a red shirt yelled at least once every two minutes, and since our seat allowed us a good view into the kitchen, we saw her dancing and yelling with her mask wrapped around her wrist. This looseness with the mask made us nervous, but it was too late to leave as our names were being called to our table.
Our Waitress Natoya was very pleasant, and we have no issues with her, however I feel as though the staff around her does not support her.
Service was once again slow, taking at least 30 minutes to provide 6 bone-in wings with orange chicken sauce, 6 boneless with lemon pepper sauce, light on the sauce for both, fries, and carrots and celery. The order came out wrong, initially, the lemon pepper dry rub instead of the sauce. The carrots and celery missing in action. Piece by piece the corrections arrived, the sauced wings still very heavy on the lemon pepper sauce, so much so that it was too much and we could not eat them.
The biggest disappointment however would be that the final bone-in wing had a full feather mixed into the sauce, causing us both to be completely grossed out. When showing our waitress, she took the plate 'for proof' , but came back after 10 minutes to tell us the manager found our credit and it has $7 left.
Both times the manager has not come out, hiding in their office. This message was also sent to corporate and the manager and I have yet to get a reply from...
