At the Drive-thru this Saturday evening about 10:30ish (closing not till 1AM) I was greated by Klimh, very pleasantly, even with her unfortunate news that they only had chicken products and even out of grilled chicken. I placed my order and pulled to the window. Again Klmkh apologized for the inconvenience . The transaction was going very well. Unfortunately, again she had to inform me that they were out of yet another product this time sweet tea which is the drink I had already ordered and payed for using my debit card I was looking for something refreshing to drink. I did not want a soda. Klmkh offered me first a lemon aid but sour was not exactly what I was looking for, she then offered strawberry lemonaid which sounded perfect. As she steps away to make my drink another woman who looks very unkept and sweaty dirty with somethirg large In her hand that she was drying. Some conversation happened and then hear her being told how I had paid and they were out of tea which is whyIl the subscription. The new woman who I now know is Amy a manager from a different location informs me if I want lemonaid that will cost me an extra dollar very blunt and matter of fact. I of course question this that under the circumstances REALLY? She replies s"he has to no choice". Can that really be true! store manager can't approve a drink upgrade!!!! BS Total PETTY BS LIE. I ask to cancel and just give me ice water. Of course Klmkh brings me my water. But only because Amy made her $ 1 so important I of course had to return the favor. I asked she let Amy know that I need my $1 to be returned to my card. AND LUKE MAGIC A LEMONAID IS KINDLY BE HANDED TO ME LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE BUT BY KLMKH. I guess Amy couldn't finish a custom transaction or explain the sudden change.
This restraint in my opinion was shut down for cleaning over an hour early by Amy from what I saw, she was rude, nasty dirty not who I want to be cooking my food, and dishonest. I would not let her be seen or talk to customers or run a restaurant because she can't follow directions or tell time. I give 1 star and only because KLMKH was so nice. She is a keeper. Otherwise if possible I would...
Read moreI assumed the car ahead of me must have placed a large order because of the time they were sitting at the pick up window. The person at the pay window was quick although she did not give me my receipt. I would have been able to contact corporate if she had. Once I pulled up to the pick up window, it became clear that the size of an order was not the issue with the previous car. I waited a few minutes until staff opened the window to report to me that they could only make chocolate frostees. (I cannot eat the chocolate.) They did not tell me this when I placed the order. They did not tell me this when I paid for the order. But it seemed okay since I was now kindly being asked if I would like something in place of the vanilla frostee I ordered. I asked what may I have in place of the FREE frostee I was supposed to get and this same employee then tells me I cannot get anything but a chocolate frostee. I am confused by the offer because I had just told him I do not eat chocolate before he asked if I would like something in place of the vanilla frostee. That employee walks off and the girl he was working with then tells me they do not have the sauce I ordered with my nuggets. After they tell me they were out of the second choice I asked for, I tell them I will do not need the sauces (I need to getting going at this point). The girl apologized and finally hands me the food I order which now includes cold fries. As I start to pull off she yells "did he give you your drink?" They had not. She then gives me the wrong thing but tells me to keep while she fixes the drink I ordered. I do not think I will stop at a Wendy's for a while 😒 because that was...
Read moreI don’t normally write reviews, but enough is enough. This Wendy’s location has been consistently disappointing—whether it’s delivery, drive-thru, or going inside in person, it’s always a bad experience. For whatever reason, I’ve kept going back, hoping it would eventually get better. It never does.
They’re constantly out of something, and more often than not, the staff is rude. About a month ago, I walked in and saw the entire team gathered at a table eating chicken that had been brought over by a KFC employee (they traded meals) 5-6 staff members walked away from the registers/kitchen to eat, completely ignoring myself and the drive thru, I stood there atleast 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there.
Tonight was the last straw. I ordered dinner for myself and my son through DoorDash (I worked late and ordered around 11pm) Among the items were two Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers—just as they come, no customizations. What I got was honestly ridiculous. One had a patty, a slice of cheese, and one lonely strip of bacon. The other had two strips of bacon, but both were cold, poorly made, and just plain nasty. I’ll upload pictures and let them speak for themselves.
On top of that, this location never has Frostys. There’s always an excuse—the machine is broken, being cleaned, or “just not working.” It’s always something.
I truly hope this review helps someone else avoid the frustration I’ve dealt with time and time again. I’ve lived in the area for years and tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but I’m done. My advice: eat...
