Last time we came was 2 years ago. The food was good and the service impeccable. They even came to grate the parmigiana cheese. Unfortunately this time they did not and when we were out of bread sticks we had to go get them ourselves. Where is the staff? It's practically dead in here. There are usually more people who come to your table to see if you need anything. And they also changed the menu and a few things they had they don't have them anymore. --------------- 2 years ago I wanted to order the #9 spicy baked Ziti with chicken which was $8.49. but when I asked her what kind of sauce it was she said it was pork. I told her that I did not eat pork and asked if I could substitute it for marinara sauce she said no. So she charged me for a #8 baked Ziti which was $8.49 and also charged me $1.99 for the added chicken. I also ordered a Caesar salad which was $2.49. but when I looked at the bill she had charged me $3.49 instead. Another cashier told me it was because it was charged as a meal deal. At least the bread sticks were unlimited and soft. But they were too salty. The Caesar sauce was also very salty. Since when do Italians cook with a lot of salt. I've eaten Italian food before I was married to an Italian. He was a great cook. And it was just right, not too bland, not too spicy. Overall it was a good experience and the food. Only thing that was missing was a nice glass of wine. Next time we will try the Fazolis in Morristown.

We were expecting it to be a regular sit-down restaurant, but it turned out to be something between that and a fast food place. My wife ordered at the counter and I ordered online which is why mine came in aluminum and hers came in a bowl. The garlic bread was nice and soft which is great for people with no teeth. I got baked chicken ziti, a slice of pizza, and they brought me three breadsticks which is odd because they only brought my wife two... But the breadsticks are unlimited so it doesn't matter. The ziti was a lot spicier than I expected but it's quite good. (To be fair, I ordered the spicy ziti and didn't notice.) They offer real ceramic dishes, real stainless steel tableware, but paper cups for your drinks. All in all this was a different experience than expected but we will be revisiting anytime my wife can decide she can handle the carbs. It's a shame there is so few of these, this one is 34 minutes from my house and the next nearest one is 45 minutes and that's if Google maps is correct.

Great staff, Great food! We enjoyed the Hospitality of the One Girl manager there. (Didn’t catch her name) My Husband and I LOVED THE Orange Dreamsicle Cheesecake! Absolutely a Hit!! He actually ended up surprising me to go order more for later at Home. 🥹 The breadsticks were mediocre. Wish there was more butter or garlic on them, but I’m Italian so we know good breadsticks!! 😉 The Alfredo was good. The chicken Parmesan was also good. Could add a little bit more sauce… But everything was overall Great!! Plenty of Searing and Parking. The sink didn’t work in the woman’s bathroom but there is a Place to wash your hands… The Dude at the register was kind and helpful!! Thanks for serving us!! Also Love, Love, LOVE that they have Bibs for your little ones, and Highchairs, all Lined up and ready for use as soon as you walk in! We will be back! Thank you! -The Kanevski’s 🩷

Please people who are reading any reviews of any business; notice the amount of reviews that others have given in their lifetime of reviewing before you let their good or bad comments give you a false report. I have noticed lately that heavy reviewers (which is displayed at top of review) will give an honest negative review and suddenly a barrage of FANTASTIC reviews will pop up underneath to cover the truth from a person who has not placed a review but once or twice. Beware of these first timers reviews; they may be staff or friends/family of staff alike. I tend to agree with the gentleman who stated that the dining room is left unattended. As a former restaurant 'jack of all trades, master of none' I see it myself unfortunately. It seems it would be the opposite and the team would be overly diligent regarding good, quality, and welcoming service..? As a former restaurant manager_ it almost makes me want to get up and clear the tables myself when I see this and have done so in my hometown eateries. 🙋‍♀️ It's not asking too much to maintain a clean and presentable atmosphere for other diners as they enjoy their meal. The food portions were always sufficient for a meal and a take-home box, but the economy has taken a toll upon all of us. My personal advice to these longtime favorites such as Fazoli's would be to strive to make your returning/new guests feel like you are staying 'in it to win it' and show some gratitude for those that still hunger for that Italian taste for such a reasonable price that we may all be able to enjoy. I plan to order take-out from here tonight and hopefully I will not need to add or change my review afterward..... God be with us all: Emmanuel. Much...

We went in and was greeted by the manager to start with, all was good. I went up to the register to use some of my points and the young male at the register had NO idea what he was doing and the two asst managers were not watching at all. I told him I wanted the Small family feast and showed him the UP symbol and he said you have to order first, I said that is what I am trying to do. 1 of The Asst managers said what do you want I said the small meal feast. And again she said what are you wanting and again I said The small feast. I said if you are asking something else you need to be more specific about your questions so then she asked do you want spaghetti or something else. I said I didn't know I had a choice. So yes I want Spaghetti with meat sauce and Fettuccine with chicken. Then I turned to the other asst manager and said you guys need to train your workers better because all the young man could say was um um um not just a minute or let me find that or get help. She then went off on me and hollered at me telling me isn't he allowed to stutter, he is 16yrs old. I then told he needs to know how to help the customer. She then said Do you want me to return you a refund. I said after all that I want my food and her comment then was Just get the mmmm out of here. I then told her I will be contacting corporate. Totally sad 😢. The manager and a woman has left and I seen him go or I would have spoke to...
