McDonald's — Restaurant in Knoxville

My wife and I just went to the McDonalds on Lovell Rd in Farragut for breakfast. When they brought the food out the guy tried to put the tray down and dumped a cup of hot coffee in my wife's lap. She got up and ran to the ladies room to check on her legs. The kid apologized. I checked on my wife and went to the counter to talk to the manager. Her name us Rosa. She came to the counter, I told her what happened. She said ok and went back to what she was doing. She showed no concern for the well being of my wife. She didn't even ask if she was OK. As we were hungry I asked that they remake her food so we could take it home. At that point they were only going to replace the cup of coffee. They got the order ready and asked that they refund us for the food as well. They had dumped a cup of coffee in my wife's lap. She refused, I said fine just give me the contact inormation for the general manager. She told me it was on a sign on the door. I asked her for a card. She wrote the information on a receipt and gave me a refund. I think at the point she may have realized she was handling this poorly. The kid who dumped the coffee did apologize. No one else there showed any concern as to my wife's well being. We will contact the general manager about this. We go there for breakfast regularly that looks like it will change if this is the way management will be...

What this McDonald's offer is everything that any typical McDonald's offers and more. The more is a newly renovated play area that seems to always be well kept and simply put, clean. I've not had any issues with the various different types of food I've purchased here and in fact have come through twice when something was not correctly put into my order and gotten it quickly corrected and something for free. In the 14 years I've been going to this McDonald's it's only been twice that they have messed up my order. It's conveniently located and easily accessed from Lovell Road directly off of I-40. This particular McDonald's features a double drive thru giving them the ability to service their customers twice as fast and has proven effective, for me at least. I've never had to wait for more than one car to place their order before I was placing mine.

As far as the nutritional value... It's McDonalds. I did not, however, allow my review to be swayed by anything related to nutrition due to the fact that anyone choosing 2 eat the food from McDonald's, nose that they're eating food from McDonalds. The food is consistent and both...

So according to McDonald's app and Google this McDonald's is open 24/7. Last night I found out that that was not true. At 3:11 in the morning I ordered food from this McDonald'sat 3:11 in the morning I ordered food from this McDonald's and by 3:20 I was at the store. Three cars were at the drive-thru window, but the store look closed. Yet when I pulled around to the drive-thru the screen was lit up like they were still taking orders. After 10 minutes nobody said anything to me over the speaker. So since I had already ordered and already paid I just pulled up to a window. All the order screens were on and they had orders, but mine wasn't one of them. So at this point there had been someone else in the dual drive-thru lanes that had waited almost as long as me. So I sat there for a minute to see if I could find a worker and eventually I just canceled my order and gave up. So if this McDonald's on Lovell road is going to continue operating like this they need to remove the 24 hour sign, change hours on Google, and adjust the hours on the app. So I was either ignored by employees or the store hours have changed and no one updated any...
