Okay I'm almost 60 never been treated so rudely by this little redheaded girl just threw my food on the counter I asked her for extra napkins? She said I gave you plenty she goes how many more you want? I said just forget. I said you are so rude. you don't have to be rude.she said if you got paid what I got paid you wouldn't care neither. I said no I would care because if I ever worked here and I was your boss you would not be getting paid what you're getting paid now you would be fired. She was so rude.. I went outside cuz I didn't want to make a scene and I call the manager and I recorded it his name is Brandon maybe I should not put his name on here but I am.. He's the reason in probably the other managers and the owners are the reason why this young lady was so rude to me today. Because you put up with people not giving customer service. Because McDonald's does not care about customer service anymore. You will not convince me that nobody has never ever seen eyewitness this manager and her being rude to people.
Because when I called him to talk to him about the situation he was so rude and I am 100% certain that's why your employees act the way they do then when I told him I was recording this conversation he wouldn't even say nothing when I told him I was calling corporate office he said do what you got to do I'll be here the next time you come in here to order something. Very rude very rude. And it doesn't matter because everybody knows reading this I'm never coming back here. But the sad thing about it is they don't care.... Service with a smile it is definitely a thing of the past...
Read moreProbably the worst experience I have ever had. I pull into the drive-thru and the line was pretty long. I pull up to the first menu screen... no answer... so I pull up to the 2nd screen and I am told to hold on. Next thing you know, the people behind me are getting their orders taken. Thats the first thing. The second thing, when we pulled up to the window nothing was ready. One boy was just standing there watching as another employee made coffee. His job was to make drinks, I didnt order any drinks but he could have started on something. So we start to complain about the lack of urgency. Then, not only one but two managers heard about my issue and proceeded to give me an attitude about the situation. Before I left I checked the order and sure enough one of my items were missing, so they gave us the items and upgraded the size. At this point we asked for our money back but they refused unless we gave the food back. After all this drama occured, once I arrived home I saw that my burger was still wrong, despite the receipt showing the special request on the account that I am deathly allergic to one of the items on the burger. My husband went back to fix the order one more time... and every manager there was unprofessional, and blatantly lied about the situation. Thank god he recorded the conversation, I am sure the regional manager and corporate office would love to hear it. My advice.... stay...
Read moreI get an iced coffee daily from a local McDonald's. Large Vanilla with Xtra cream. Today at this location when I got to the pick up window I could tell by looking at it when they handed it to me it had little to zero cream in it. I know what it should look like; again I get one everyday. So I asked at the window if it had cream in it because I ordered extra and it didn't look right. They proceeded to tell me yes it had cream in it. I reiterated that I wanted to make sure it was made correctly so as not to waste my money. Before I could finish my sentence they told me to have a nice day. Wanting me to shut up and move along. Tasted my drink before I left the parking lot. NASTY! Just like I had assumed it would be because I know what it should look like. I know it's just a coffee and I don't like to fuss. I know how busy they were I sat in the drive through for 10 maybe 12 minutes. However; I don't have a lot of extra income, but the little I do get I choose to spend at McDonalds on an iced coffee. Is it too much to ask to get it right? Especially when I attempt to help you get it right the entire time. It gets old when you have so little to enjoy and it gets wasted. Hopefully from now on I will be closer to a different location when it's my coffee time! Will not go to this...
