I didn’t want to write a re-view per se but it came to that. So I just did drive though and ordered my regular drink. I stop at that Starbucks regularly after work. The girl ( or whoever) with shorter messy pink-ish hair who was trying to speak with low voice was not very pleasant wile taking my order, she wasn’t rude, but she spoke like she was over with what she was doing… I guess typically when you go to Starbucks people who work there are cheerful and happy to see you and I like that vibe, it’s part of the experience for me at Starbucks while paying nearly $7 for my cup of coffee. Then she shoved me a cup with my hot drink WITHOUT paper sleeve, saying “here” again with that low depressed voice. And I left without asking for this sleeve because I didn’t feel like interacting with her. When I called and asked for manager ( just to leave a feedback, not to get anyone in trouble by any means) a girl who answered the phone kept laughing with someone while trying to talk to me, which I think is rude and unprofessional. And she said of course “ Oh sorry manager just left and he’ll be back I think on Wednesday” um… so you’ll be running a store with no manager on site for almost a week?! Read moreI stopped at this Starbucks on July 1st in the morning. I ordered a venti white mocha. When I pulled up to pay , I handed the girl a gift card that my daughter gave me. I was surprised when the girl told me I still owed 5.45. So I gave her the cash 6.00 she gave me back 15 cents and asked if she could trash my card. I told her no , so she returned my card. My daughter gave me the card lives out of state so I called her last night and told her what happened. She told me to call the number on the back of the card. So to my shock according to the cards transaction. It was $ 6.50 taken off my card and I have a remaining balance of 8.50 . So the girl took the money off my card , Plus my cash and then wanted to keep the remainder left on my card. I AM ANGRY, I will never trust this starbucks again or maybe not starbucks in general. This time I asked for my drink to be replaced because I didn’t realize the original drink I ordered had an ingredient in it that I’m allergic to. My mistake, I apologized several times. However, I’ve been supporting Starbucks since back in the day when you had to EARN your gold card and it was mailed to you with your name on it. I asked the barista to make a different drink for me and she copped an attitude. She made a new drink, handed it out the window to me rudely and walked away immediately. So incredibly classless and rude. This is common at this location, 9/10 times they’re rude. I keep saying I won’t go back and then I end up trying again out of convenience.
