Starbucks® Blonde Roast - Veranda Blend®
We've spent decades working with coffee farmers throughout Latin America. This blend was inspired by the lightly roasted coffees we've sipped together over the years, often enjoyed on a breezy veranda with a view of lush coffee trees. Subtle but flavorful with notes of toasted sweet malt and milk chocolate, it's an inviting, approachable coffee that mixes beautifully with milk.
Medium Roast - Pike Place® Roast
From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich notes of cocoa and praline. It's served fresh every day at a Starbucks store near you.
Medium Roast - Guatemala Casi Cielo®
This smooth, citrusy coffee celebrates Guatemala's Antigua Valley-an iconic coffee growing origin known for producing some the world's finest beans. Bright Meyer Lemon & Cocoa Nibs
Dark Roast - Caffè Verona®
Well-balanced and rich with notes of dark cocoa and caramelized sugar. Try it with a piece of dark chocolate to bring out even more sweetness and depth.
Decaf Roast - Pike Place® Roast
From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich notes of cocoa and praline. It's served fresh every day at a Starbucks store near you. (Decaf, just the way you like it.)

The Knoxville area Starbucks are having major issues with their locations here. This particular location at one point was clean and inviting. Now It is stark, unkempt, and dirty. The staff is rude and condescending. I order two drinks. The barista made one and called my name. Then she made someone else's drink. When I reminded her I had order 2 drinks she snapped at me and said "I'm getting to it". I then watched a guy come in and order an iced tea drink. He waited 12 minutes for his drink. It was the only order, no one else was in the store. There were 4 employees on duty. When he was finally handed his order he was told that they didn't have what he wanted (a tumbler) handed him a venti plastic cup with his iced tea and said "sorry". The woman who made my drinks was extremely rude. Short multi colored hair and wore glasses. She acted like she was a shift manager or manager. She seemed irritated by the fact she had to make items for customers. At one point I was the only customer in the store and the employees spent more time talking to each other insyead of cleaning the store. Management and upper management need to do something about the declining service and staff problems in Knoxville.

We stopped by on our road trip around 10:55am. It was really busy but the baristas were friendly and upbeat. I ordered a sugar free vanilla latte with skim milk and an extra shot of espresso and my husband ordered the salted caramel mocha latte with an extra shot as well. I paid using the app and it was a breeze. The line was long but moved fairly quick, the staff was excellent at handling the volume of people inside as well as in the drive thru. We waited a total of 18 minutes from line to coffee, not bad considering the amount of people this place was serving. My coffee was hot and delicious. All in all worth the stop.

*worst experience at this store ever If I could give 0 stars. I would. Placed a mobile order for a drink and a danish 10 mins prior to arrival. I get there and drink was ready danish was not. It took 2 mins and several "excuse me" for anyone to even acknowledge that I was there. A lady asked what did I need. I told her "my danish." She asked someone else about and went back to doing her job. I waited about 2-3 mins and then I asked the guy who doing the mobile orders if anyone was going to get my danish and he said "someone else will have to do it I just do drinks" so I waited another 2 mins and then I left the store. I called and spoke with a manager who said that her name was Savannah, this is also the lady from the beginning of my story, who handed my danish order of to someone else. I explained to her that I couldn't wait any longer because I had to get to work and that I was calling to get a refund for my danish and to complain about the lack of customer service and the way that I was treated. Savannah stated that she told someone else to take care of it and she assumed that he did. I explained that he didn't and I would just like to have my card refunded. Savannah stated that she wouldn't refund my card unless I come back to the store, which I had already explained that I couldn't because I had to get to work. I asked if she could put me on a list to get my danish and she said no. I asked her for store manager info and she refused to give it to me. So I have no danish...

Stopped in this afternoon around 11:30am with my 18 month old son. I ordered a cold brew and a cake pop. We waited 15 minutes for the drink and did not receive the cake pop when the drink came out.

I waited a few more minutes and then politely asked the barista, Destiny if she could please grab the cake pop from the case as by this time we’d been waiting 20 minutes.

She barely looked up when she said “that’s not my job, you’ll have to wait, I don’t do the food”. She made no effort to tell anyone I was still waiting, did not apologize and looked annoyed that I’d asked her.

We continued to wait, my toddler began to get fussy and I saw Destiny shoot us a dirty look and roll her eyes.

Eventually, I went up to the counter again and asked a different person. I didn’t catch his name. I told him my name and asked if the cake pop would be out soon. He said he didn’t have an order for that name. Another person walked by behind and pointed to an empty bag with my name on it waiting on top of the cake pop case.

All in all a really terrible experience. For how expensive starbucks is, waiting 20 min for a cake pop and having rude staff is unacceptable. We will not be back to...
