Starbucks — Restaurant in Knoxville

I asked for a hot venti mocha half pump with whip. Which just means a hot mocha coffee with half the pumps of syrup because I don’t like it super sweet. I asked for it to be extra hot and my coffee taste like dirty milk. It taste so bad that I can’t even figure out how on earth they messed it up so bad. The two people there argued about how to write it on the cup so I guess I should have know it was going to be a disappointment. I drink the same thing I always have for years at Starbucks so for this to be this bad I means good lord… it was terrible. I even called to try to tell them because I had left the store when my drink cooled enough to sip it so I’m stuck with spending 8.50$ on nothing! 10 out of 10...

I never had bad service here until now. I asked for no whipped topping but it was in my drink. I told the person that gave it to me I ordered no whip, She wasn't mean but acted like I hadn't ordered it that way. I didn't get a receipt so I couldn't verify it. When I finally got it, I said thanks, and I got a passive aggressive, ya. No eye contact, nothing. Once I left the store I knew why. She had just scraped it off the top. There was a big blob of whip that floated to the top. I love Starbucks but hate the whip topping. I took two sips and threw a whole drink away....

Rude employees, drinks were made for customers in reverse order of when the orders were placed, both employees left the store to go to the bathroom with a full line of people… I haven’t seen 2 people outwardly hate their job more. It’s always this way at this location, and I know better than to order from here. It was just convenient at the time, but I won’t be coming...
