Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Kochville Township

The only reason why I'm giving them two stars is because of our server. We walked in and was not greeted nor even acknowledged. The hostess staff just started at us like we were aliens. About 10 minutes later we got seated after they stared at the seating chart for a few minutes like it was blue prints for building a 747! After we were seated we ordered our food and drinks. We ordered 3 kids steaks medium rare. Two of the three steaks came out blue rare! We contacted out server Cadi, she took the steaks back and brought out new ones. As we are eating my girlfriend and I both noticed there was at least 15 or more servers working, not a big deal except that 10 of them were standing around doing absolutely nothing but staring at guests and talking so loud and complaining about their coworkers. We were about half way done with out meal when an unknown person came into the restaurant through the "curbside to go" door with a puppy, yes a baby dog!!!! The person was swarmed by servers in which they mauled and rubbed and were petting it including the manager!!! So about 10 minutes later the manager walked by and I said "excuse me did all of the servers who were petting that dog, wash their hands?" She said and I quote " I'm not sure, let me go check." After that we finished our meals asked the manager for the store number, and paid our bill! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS...

First off the host Sam should not work customer service. She did not greet my husband or I when we arrived. She looked at me twice and continued glaring at a male worker who was standing in front of her. Mind you we are all within 4 feet of each other. Even after I said hi. She completely ignored me. The hickeys on her neck were not very professional especially when she the host and first person u see. The food was good the drinks where great. It almost seemed like it was a young hangout for the workers with not adult supervision. My waitress seemed to be on some sort of substance. She gave our bill and said scan the code if ur paying with card and if I don't see u again have a goodnight and walked away. We had cash. She didn't get the greatest tip because we needed change for $20 but she was no where to be found. So she got the $4 I had floating around my purse. If I had seen an adult that even looked like they cared I would have spoken with them. Unfortunately it wasn't an option. I wouldn't recommend this place it your looking for professional or friendly but if your looking for Applebee's food they got it. I hope you have a better experience then I did. Food was ok, pretty cold. Service was absolutely horrific. We ordered through doordash for pickup to avoid the extra service fees/tip. We get there and park in a regular carside spot, NOT a carside togo. The employee Darnell came out, asked for the name on the order. Came back out and with an attitude said "you have a doordash order so you have to come in to get it". We were waiting in the car because it never said the order was ready, we weren't expecting anyone to come out since we weren't in those spots. We go in and he's telling me that I need to press the confirm button on my app because it's a doordash order. I told him that I'm not a dasher and that I placed a pick up order. He had an attitude the whole time. He said something along the lines of "doordash is for deliveries ".Then he was asking actual dashers to show me where to press a confirm button. He was getting visibly irritated as more customers were coming in for orders. He finally just flung the bag at me and said "I dont have time for this". So our food sat there getting cold because he didn't understand that I wasn't a dasher and I made a pickup...
