Amazing icecream no matter what you get! Staff are also very kind. Been here about four times now and I'm pleased to say you can get pretty much anything that sounds good to you and you won't be disappointed! Only had two occasions where I've ran into any issues, once instead of a two dollar tip it got charged as a twenty dollar tip on my card (They said they couldn't refund it since it was on my card but they did apologize and said they could leave a note for their boss with my number and a note to see what could be done but they couldn't do anything that day, never did get a call but that's ok) and once where there was an extra icecream added to my order that wasn't mine; otherwise no issues whatsoever. Great place to bring the whole family for a cold treat, still highly recommend as honestly everyone makes mistakes we are all human after all 😂. Definitely one of the best icecream...

We went to Kokomo frozen custard to have a good family time and ordered ice cream . Me and my husband ordered ice cream in a cup and my kid wanted in a cone , obviously my 5 year old is there for an icecream that is in a cone . They gave all the orders in the cup and when asked that we needed one of those to go in a cone, she very smartly, said with an attitude that I will give you a cone and you can put it yourself. This this is not how this should be done and the order could have been re-done in a cone and given to the kid. My kid did not enjoy this and was upset about the cone the whole time . We were upset with the attitude of that one staff. It surely ruined are family time together. The pineapple Sundae was not up to the mark and too watery and sour . Will not recommend...

I had a cone inside a cone and the top was off of it? Not sure what happened there? My ice cream dumped on my chest right after i got it. I like you ice cream I have had it before that why I drove here to get it. Im sorry i really don't like to leave negative comments much but this place always asks you for a tip. $4 for a med plain vanilla cone and they ask for tips? My family decided not to go here much because of the always asking for tips but I had forgotten and decided to get a cone. Placing a tip jar is fine but not asking.I believe places like this should pay thier employees properly and stop expecting your customers to leave tips.
