First of all I walked in comparing it to Blaze Pizza. My mistake. But with it saying build your own that's what came to mind. When we first walked in it was confusing on where to order. It looked like it was set up like a subway. But instead you get to the register and place an order like any other. The only difference from other pizza places is that you get charged for every topping. Ok. My thoughts on my personal pizza. I had all the meats, green peppers and red onions. It was 8 inches. And out of 10 I'll give it an 8. It was really good I just wished I would have tried the bread sticks. As far as service. First I hate tipping when I'm standing at the register before I get my food So I had no idea how the service was going to be. But the server was friendly when she dropped off the pizza. So basically no service. Like it is at Culver's and we don't tip there. So over all I say try it. I think you will like it. Just understand the set up and...
Read moreMy family and I just moved to the area so we don’t know much about Kokomo yet. My husband and I are both teachers and we got a flyer from our school stating that teachers get free pizza if we show school id at Ralphy’s Pizza. Now, where I’m from teachers don’t get much recognition or respect, so I told my husband that we are going here to eat. I was impressed with everything; from the clean tables, to the ornate ceilings, I was amazed! I have a one year old and even though they don’t have a kids menu, they thoughtfully suggested the pizza bites, which were perfect for him! I feel so blessed to come to a community where my husband and I could get a free pizza (which was delicious!), feel appreciated, and have an affordable dinner for my tot. We will be...
Read moreCouldn't tell you if the food is good, but I can assure you that the service is terrible. My wife and I go into order, stand in front of three people making pizzas for a few minutes. They all look at us, but continue to ignore us. I finally ask where to order the pizza, one kid points to the register, and then two of them start making comments that I can't hear and start giggling. I move to the register where the manager is on the phone. No problem, I'll wait. He gets off the phone, completely ignores us and walks away to talk to an employee. No, "give me a minute". No, "excuse me". Just ignores us. Since it was obvious that they didn't want our money, we walked out. ONLY THEN did the manager decide we were worth his...
