The Coterie — Restaurant in Kokomo

This was my first time at this bar and I'm way behind on checking it out as I had heard many good things. First, the service is absolutely phenomenal and fast. All of the staff were super friendly and conversational. There is a downstairs and an upstairs and it was a Friday night that I was there so they had a band upstairs which was really cool.

The food was absolutely amazing. I've been on a little smashburger to her lately and these people have one of the top ones. Very flavorful and cooked to perfection. I normally do not comment on French fries but the fries here were absolutely amazing!

If you're a police agency, stop reading at this point.

The drinks were 🔥 and absolutely every one of them were made to perfection. I tried a few different old fashioneds and my favorite was hands down the maple! And I may have had a couple of those.

Definitely run and don't walk to this spot. I will definitely be back and don't forget to try that...

As a former Kokomo resident, I had been wanting so bad to go to The Coterie. I'd heard so many great things. It always looks so great on Facebook and the website. It did not disappoint. Incredible food, cocktails, excellent staff. The Dakota Ray Parker show last night was awesome. You guys have really outdone yourselves. It feels like an Austin or Nashville venue and restaurant. Seriously, keep up the great work. By the way, one of the best sounding rooms I've ever heard, and I've been to probably a thousand venues this size. Thank you for supporting live original music too. There's nothing like this in Kokomo. Oh, and kudos to your talent booking. I'm amazed at the national talent you are booking that I'm sure didn't even know Kokomo existed in the past. Seriously great lineup. I might have to move back just to hang out at The Coterie with my friends who are...

Had the Coterie burger here last week - honestly one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. You can tell they really care about quality.

But what really impressed me happened after I left. I accidentally left my sunglasses on the table and didn't realize until I was already hours into my drive home. Figured they were gone forever, but emailed the restaurant anyway just in case.

The owner, Kyle, got back to me right away saying they found them. Then, he actually offered to ship them to me! He packed them carefully with bubble wrap and sent me tracking info.

In a world where most places wouldn't bother, The Coterie went out of their way to help a customer who made a dumb mistake. Between the amazing food and this kind of service, they've earned a customer for life.
