Arby's — Restaurant in Kuna

I have been to this location quite a bit and it's always been ok, today I pulled up to the drive thru and got drenched by their sprinkler system, so I drove to the window to order because I didn't feel like getting drenched, the manager opened the window and said I didn't hear you at the speaker and I said that's because the sprinklers were spraying me as soon as I rolled down my window. She took my order and said I would have to pull up front and wait because I didn't order at the right place, It's about a 5 second difference, but whatever I do it. Another car pulled up to the order speaker and ordered (the sprinklers were off by now) they get their food and leave, meanwhile I'm still waiting, after about 5 more minutes I go in to see what the hold up is, they say it takes longer because I didn't order at the right place. So they basically slow walked my order because the sprinklers are out...

Waited 30 minutes in the lobby for a to go order for dinner which was for my daughter while I was on my lunch break since I work from home. Got home late to find out they forgot my daughter's food and I was already late back to work since it took longer than expected so was unable to go back to the store. Called the store and the manager stated she can only refund cash when I paid with a card. I told her I could not come back but she insisted she could not refund me. I asked if this was policy and she said she didn't know but that's how she has done it for 15 years. So my daughter got no food and she got her money. While I was in the lobby another drive thru customer also came in with an issue with her order so this seems to be common. I won't ever go here again after this experience out of principle. Manager is just making things up as she goes... assuming she really is...

My most recent visit ended in major displeasure. I thought to myself, man, that new sandwich looks good, I think I'll try it. So I ordered the Brown Sugar Bacon Roast Beef. I was soo excited to mow down on some of that bacon when I got home! But behold, Arby's did NOT Have The MEATS!!! What I received was a Roast Beef on a sesame seed bun. They forgot the bacon, and gave me the wrong bread. The receipt was correct, and the sauce on the bun seemed right, just no bacon...

Sorry to anyone behind me in the future, but now I'm going to be that person who sits in the drive thru, unwraping all my food, checking it before I drive off.

Experiences like these really make people lose trust in your business. I will not be visiting the Kuna Arby's for a while. It really seems like most of Kuna's food joints are run by kids who just don't care to...
