Me and my girlfriend dine often at this Jersey mikes and the food is typically always great and so is the customer service. We ordered online a few days ago and I asked for extra mayo on my sandwich. I don’t know if it was some type of sick joke that the employees were playing on us but when I opened my sandwhich it looked like it was drenched in mayo. The wrapper couldn’t even hold it all in, it was soggy. There was at least 5 scoops of mayo in my sandwich. I don’t care what the girl on the phone said it could not have been done my accident. I called the store and the girl, claiming to be shift lead or manger, that I was speaking to said that the sandwich was made with extra mayo per request. As I explained they had put what seemed to be the whole bucket of mayo and she said there was nothing they can do about it because they were following what the ordered called for. I had to waste my gas later in the day to drive down to the store so that I could get it replaced because it wasn’t even edible! Thank you to the boy in charge with glasses that offered to remake it for me. Regardless it was unacceptable this was not done by accident You guys have lost a customer!!! No one accidentally puts that much mayonnaise on a sandwich, I hope better training is provided...
Read moreWhen the Kuna location first opened, and up until the last 2 years, the service was outstanding! In the last 2 years, I've had problems with my food, for example, the bacon came chopped into the bowl rather than strips like every other time in the past. When I called about it the girl was defensive and did not want to help make it right. More recently I ordered a chipotle chicken sandwich and it was different than the other times I had ordered it in the past, I couldn't eat it. When I called, the girl did not want to make it right, she said she couldn't do anything because I had used a $2 coupon, but it wasn't the only sandwich I had ordered. She finally put my name in a book for a replacement sandwich but she told me it has to be the same exact sandwich. Honestly, I don't want the same sandwich if it's going to be inedible again. I am very disappointed in the poor customer service that I recently received and...
Read moreHave been to Jersey Mike's twice in the last month, and each time, it was an unsatisfactory experience. The first time was my first time ever to a Jersey Mike's sandwich shop, and the girl making the sandwiches had zero patience for explaining her "jargon. "... Her - "You want it Mike's way?"... Me - "What is Mike's way?"... Her, heavy sigh, then rattles off at 10000 words per second. Her - "Do you want cheese?"... Me - "Provolone please"... Her, "What?"... Me - "Provolone please"... Her - "Do you want cheese?"... Finally realizes what I was saying, doesn't smile, or acknowledge the miscommunication, etc., just moved forward with her grump face on.
Second visit, Me - Hot pastrami, please... Them. - We can no longer get pastrami from our supplier!!!
What, a sandwich shop without pastrami?
