First I want to state that I love P.Terry's and every time we have guests in town we take them to P.Terry's. Recently when showing off P.Terry's to our friend, we were talking about how everything on the menu is fresh and all-natural(Beef/chicken/fries). My friend asked me, "What about their buns? They don't seem to be of the same quality." I had to agree. After looking into it on your about page, I only found this, " We're where fresh, all-natural, beef and chicken became staple items. We serve fresh-cut fries made from all-natural potatoes, free of trans fats and hydrogenated oils. Add to that our fresh-baked cookies, banana bread, and house veggie burger; our fresh-squeezed orange juice and lemonade; and our authentic milkshakes - we care about what's out there to eat, and we make our food with that in mind."
There is no mention of a fresh all natural bun...So I have become more cognizant of that aspect and do notice that the bun doesn't feel to be as "On Brand" as the rest of your products.
Is the bun all natural? Are there trans fats and partially hydrogenated oils in the bun?
It would be a shame if your company went through all the efforts of providing such an amazing quality of product but fell short on the buns.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and I will also follow up on the corporate site.
Thank you for the amazing service I experience every...
Read moreI usually order in the drive-thru but now and then dine-in.
You have to appreciate a fast food establishment that cooks "made-to-order" as it requires a little patience. This place can be a little slow but my food is always hot and made exactly how I ordered it. They always give me utensils and napkins without having to ask.
The customer service is always pleasant and the other day when it was raining, I went through the drive-thru got rain drops in my eye and the nice young woman at the window, when I asked for a napkin she knew why and grabbed it fast. She new we ladies with mascara and rain don't mix and I needed help so the mascara didn't run into my eye. Thanks girlfriend!
The dining room is typically decent and I can find a clean table to relax and enjoy my delicious burger. However several times the soda fountain was out of root beer or the syrup was low and it took awhile for them to change it. I'll let it slide because I was able to choose my 2nd favorite splurge drink... soda isn't healthy so I call it a splurge because you shouldn't drink it daily. Anyways, just my 2 cents on soda. I think it's a cute 50's style burger spot that is adorable.
Love the menu options and give the chicken nuggets a try too and get the buffalo sauce would ya!?#@$% Better than McDonald's nuggets...
Read moreMe and my wife came here to try there milkshakes out and based on reviews decided to stop here on our trip to Austin. Well we showed up around 8pm ish and got a Mexican vanilla Lg Milkshake and and Strawberry milk shake. They were supper busy but made my order really fast. When my wife tried the Mexican vanilla Milkshake she said it tasted straight up like vanilla extract so I tried it and it was very potent didn’t taste right so I went in spoke with a manager wearing black shirt and he asked me what was wrong with it I told him it tasted bad and he said that’s no reason to get a different milk shake! Like what??? He said the milk shake has to have something wrong with it for them to switch it for a different one or a refund… he argued with me for 5 min before an employee behind him handed me a nother milk shake. To be completely honest we took one sip of the other one walked in asked if we could get this remade for a strawberry instead and I kept being told no unless something is wrong with it???? Iv been in the food service industry for 10 years and never in my life have I had to argue with a manager over a milk shake smh.. Do not come here unless you like to have to argue with a manager over the poor...
