On October 14, 2023 at 8:05 am. Victoria Q and I’m assuming shift manager threatened to call the police on me after they charged my card twice. After the initial swipe of my card, Victoria stated she was waiting for my receipt then starting experiencing system issues. I instantly got the notification that my card was charged. Victoria Q then calls another associate, a woman wearing glasses and a mask to assist with the issue. The other woman states the transaction did not go through and they will need to charge my again. I declined stating and showing them both my account was charged. The woman tells to me to call my bank, so I do. As Im going to call, the woman with the glasses states she will be calling the police. I simply said ok. I called my bank and they confirmed the purchase went through. I explain this to the associate with the glasses but she continues to disagree and say it did not go through. Both associates explained one of the pending charges would be dropped once I pay again. After 14 minutes of going back and forth with this associate, I reluctantly paid for my order again to move on from the situation and decided to wait the next day. Requested a receipt of this order for proof. October 15, 2023, my bank statement showed both transactions were no longer pending but authorized. So I was charged twice like I said the previous day. I went back to the location on the 15th with the receipt they provided and screenshots showing I indeed was charged twice. I spoke to 2 associates regarding the situation and told me to wait, both were very kind. Victoria Q was working and assisted me but was VERY rude. Did not apologize for the mix up or the lack of customer service. Told me she needs to call someone to assist with situation. I waited about to 10 minutes, no problem. Victoria Q comes from the bank and yells “you can come to the register.” When I walk over, she simply says “you can out your card in” so I ask “What am I putting my card in for? What is going on?” She states “for the refund” on a very dry and rude manner. I put my card in, Victoria hands me the receipt for a refund then attempts to just walk away. I then ask for the original receipt and she said she needs to keep it for records. Understandable so I ask to take a picture of it. Again no apology for the inconvenience. Very rude. No empathy. She does not need to be working customer service with that type of attitude when she or the company she works for caused an error. Thanks for the refund but I hate bad customer service. Read moreFirst team messed up our meal completely, and when we went back to get it corrected the manager said that she would comp our next meal, and said we would be on a list, and when we return to eat the next time to give them my name and the manager would take care of it. Sent my girlfriend back a few weeks later to redeem the meal, and she was completely disrespected by the manager on duty (His name is Mirnes) He asked for the original receipt, and when she told him nobody told us to hold onto it, that we just needed to tell them our name, he rolled his eyes and said we were trying to take advantage of him, and get free food. She explained the situation in greater detail, and he finally agreed to give her the food, but was being extremely aggressive toward her, saying disrespectful things under his breath, and to the other employees. She felt so disrespected that she asked for his boss, and wanted to know what his name was. Unfortunately he was the manager on duty, and he responded saying "If you are going to call my manager, then I'm not giving you the free meal" He then told her to leave. Mind you she was going to pay for other items not included in the "free meal". She called me during the last part of his and her conversation so I heard how he was speaking to her and it was ridiculous. I immediately headed down to the store to get our food, as well as hoping to speak with the manager to sort out the issue. I ordered my food, paid for my food, didn't say anything about the incident that had happened 10 minutes early, but while I was at the window waiting for my food to come out, I got to listen to Mirnes talking about the mother of my kids, bragging about how he told her off to the other employee on duty, calling her a dumb b*tch, amongst other things. So at this point I get my food safely into my car, and then step out to ask these all star employees what planet they live on that they would 1. treat a female customer with that level of disrespect and aggression, and 2. why they would openly use profanity and talk trash on customers in front of guests wanting to get the food they just PAID for. UNREAL! Funniest part is they talked about her for so long that I was able to get my phone out of my pocket, find the voice recorder app, and still catch them blabbing about her. Read moreFrom the worse to the best customer service ever first coming from this location the worse 8045 Fletcher Pkwy, La Mesa, CA 91942 me being a Virgo have to say this I say things and ask politely first time around maybe a second time depending but these morning crew starting with the one who took my order who always should communicated with the kitchen crew when it's a special order but they just couldn't get my order right X3 so the third time I went again trying to gain my attitude order the same thing thru drive tru and this time I didn't leave the window til I physically checked it there before driving off and yup to my surprise the order was wrong once again I started complaining the lady manager and the girl cashier crew just closed the window on me and walked away I was like seriously y'all gonna do me like that being y'all's fault for not getting a simple special order correctly I give this location a trillion 0 of being completely dissatisfied. So now talking about the best I come to this location 3805 Midway Dr, San Diego, CA 92110 for breakfast for the first time today and I most definitely give them a trillion stars of being completely satisfied with my order. First coming from the front desk cashier for their great customer service and for quickly taking my order and for the manager handling my special order correctly and fast so I'm starting to walk home and waited to check my order I've been craving these bagels sandwiches for a few days now only place I love the taste and texture how it's made. So I opened the bag and my eyes lit with so much excitement seriously. I seriously needed this smile and they just did it perfectly right. Simple order nothing major a sausage egg n cheese bagel with no cheese substitute it for ham and instead of the folded egg I want the round egg. That's it no biggie and this crew just did it perfectly delicious just as I ordered it.
