I've tried calling, I've tried doing the chat thing, I've tried emailing and nothing seems to go through because this location at 1102 South 146th Street in La Porte Texas 77571 is a very bad location. They keep getting my order wrong even though I order it the same way every time and every time I go back to fix it they give me attitude. They won't give me my receipt and this last time they got it so wrong that all I have is a little bottom ticket on the paper bag and I tried to get them to redo my order and they said that they're not going to redo it anymore because I keep making it up. They said I'm lying, and no I don't. Angelina said "no you are lying and making up". Eventhough i call from.work when they keep getting my order wrong. how hard is it to do bacon and not sausage. I don't like sausage. I don't get sausage but they keep putting sausage in my junior burritos. And today, Angelina actually yelled at me call me a bad word in Spanish and slam the window shut on me and said go away. so I don't know what else to do and I either need a refund, a gift card, or some kind of solution. You need more management or better management at this location because they should not and will not treat me like that. And they don't speak English very well. their speakers apparently don't work but they do. they just claim to not hear well but they don't speak English and I'll asked them in Spanish even and they still get my order wrong. If someone could please email me back or give me a good number to call. I have the bottom part of my ticket of the last order. I don't know why it's so hard to get service but they actually yelled at me this last time and called me a name that they should not have called me. So if you could please help I'd appreciate it. Burger King is good. It's yummy. It's the only spot to get half and half fries and onion rings.
They got the classic flame broiled taste to the burgers. I really like the Rodeo Cheeseburger. It's a Burger with BBQ sauce, cheese and onion rings on top. It's cheap too.
In fact, I think Burger King is the only spot left with a true value meal. Now, you have to use the app to get the deals. There's always a free fry any size available. Free whoppers pop up often but overall lots of great deals.
I very easily spend $3 or less on a meal at Burger King when I'm looking for that classic value dollar meal
This La Porte spot is always quick and friendly. Always clean. Can't say that about the La Porte McDonald's right down the road.
I don't get it? I like McDonald's too yall. However, you're missing out not hitting up this Burger King when getting your fast food treat on.

The attitude of the staff is absolutely atrocious: they act like you are inconveniencing them (every visit), they WILL give you dirty looks (every visit), they barely speak English, and they won't hold back with snarky comments. The place is dirty, like it hasn't been deep cleaned since it opened. Food is sub par, I've had wayyyyy better BK food. I finally have had enough of this BK when I pulled into the drive thru at 6:15am and sat there for a five minutes (BK is my favorite breakfast when I'm on the go) until the opening employee opens the back door and says she isn't ready. The sign says 6am. I worked in fast food (as most of us have) and I know that come time to open, you must be ready in case your first customer shows up at opening time. I was that customer.
