UPDATE!! 10/23/2024 We had such a wonderful experience previously we decided to return. The manager was there & his staff was great. We returned tonight & our experience tonight was awful!! After a 15 minute wait I finally went to the bar to tru & get someone's attention. One of the workers said he'd get the person to take my order. Then he proceeded to search the restaurant for her. He finally found her & she came to the counter. I went to place an order for the Tavern Deal that we had ordered the last time we visited & she told me I couldn't order it at the restaurant, I had to do it online. Ok. I went back to my booth opened the app & placed my order. I checked out & my debit card was charged. I asked the lady how long & she told me no order had come in. I told her it had gone through my bank & showed her the receipt. She said my card might not be working. Again I showed her the receipt from my bank showing that I paid $23 for my pizza (that included an 18% tip- I definitely want that back!!). She said there was nothing she could do about my order. I told her I have paid for my pizza & I need the pizza or my money refunded. She told me the App would refund it. I explained that the App said my order went through & again she told both my husband & me that she couldn't do anything for us. We should get the money refunded through the App in a few days. Her attitude was deteriorating a& she was starting to get snippy. We left. I went back in hoping to speak with the manager but the lady told me she couldn't get him. I asked how to contact him & she said the call the restaurant but she doesn't know the number there. She did say he would be in tomorrow morning. This was terrible. We had lazy, unhelpful & basically rude staff. And to make it worse... I paid $23 for a pizza & tip with nothing to eat!!

Pizza was cold, wings were DRENCHED in flavorless sauce and the sandwiches did not come with the dressing in addition to 1 sliver each or lunch meat. Spoke with the manager Harley who then offered to resend the order which we chose not to because it was late however was told that we would get a store credit for the full price of the original order. Called back today to redeem our store credit just to be told by Harley (who by the way took me 2x's to ask who I was speaking with which she repeated "the manager" and I guess I wasn't being specific enough so I then asked for her name)......that she would not be able to give the full credit and said in the state of Texas it's only allowed for a credit of only $50 dollars. I asked how that made since, since I was told originally I would then get my entire amount in store credit?! Harley then told me to hold and for a brief moment I did just for Maria (assistant manager) to get on the line and tell me the same and then decided to ADD that my phone number had been "flagged" for multiple credits!!!?? I asked for their bosses name which is Luigi and will be calling corporate! First of all this is just absolutely ridiculous due to the fact that I hardly EVER order pizza and when I do it's in a pinch and not to mention my first time ordering from my new home in LV! ALSO, not to mention how rude Harley was to include Maria who insisted that my "flagged" phone number was due to my excess credits (eye roll) but she was sorry!! Absolutely unacceptable!!! Not about the money now it's about principle and customer service! Let's wait to see what corporate...

I heard that this location was under new ownership, so i wanted to give them a chance. large mistake! food came an hour late, cold, and once again incorrect. I am disappointed that it did not work out, new ownership, same results.
Zero Stars Disorganized! Ordered food, arrived late, arrived cold and arrived incorrect. Called to get the correct items, they told me that the manager got fired and it was only employees working. That was the excused they used to justify getting the order wrong. They told me the correct items would be back out to me in an hour. Over two hours later it arrived INCORRECTLY AGAIN!!! I told them to just credit me for what was wrong. Waiting to see if that is done right!!!
Reading the most recent reviews, this place is going down hill quickly. Sad as Pizza Hut was my local choice for pizza. These things happen mainly due to poor management!
