This is the SECOND time that I’ve gone to this store after ordering on the APP (very easy to use, you spell out EXACTLY what you want and how you want it) and receiving a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. Oh and a long black and silver curly hair wrapped up in it as well, in case that wasn’t enough. There’s only 2 PEOPLE making sandwiches during lunch rush hour, and it’s not like I can cut the line to have them fix my wrong sandwich, so now I have to WAIT IN LINE for 15 MINUTES. WHICH I WOULD HAVE COMPLETELY AVOIDED IF THEY JUST used the app correctly in the first place . Super frustrating, especially because I get 30 minutes for lunch break, so I didn’t even get to eat and now I’m pissed about it. So DO NOT USE THE APP AT ALL!!!!!!! UNLESS YOU’RE COOL WITH MAKING MULTIPLE TRIPS TO THE STORE UNTIL THEY MIRACULOUSLY GET IT...
Read moreMy DAV wife ordered from here earlier today and had it delivered. The order was wrong, not a big deal, but the managers response was outrageous. Lupe wanted my wife to bring the wrong portion of the order back for an exchange! I called and spoke to the manager myself in disbelief that she wanted the incorrect portion of the order back, and she actually did... I guess to resale, hint illegal to do with food, or more likely to throw away. So we paid for delivery, and because Subway got the order wrong, we now have to come exchange the food or pay for another door dash. Making the customer pay for your mistake is not a good business practice, not to mention the very combative phone conversation. Won't be going back here for a while. Showed up 1 minute before I was supposed to pick it up, and they hadn't even started it. 15 minutes later, they had sloppily put it together and gave it to me with no apology for being late and making me late for my next appointment. If your wondering, there was no other customers in the store when I got there, and only one walked in about 5 minutes into my wait.
