I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your establishment. The treatment I received was incredibly disrespectful and I was told in a very rude manner not to come back.
During my visit, I encountered a significant amount of resistance from your staff. They were not only dismissive but also demonstrated a complete lack of regard for customer service. The manner in which they communicated with me was unprofessional and unacceptable.
Furthermore, the incident left me feeling disheartened and disrespected. As a customer, I believe it is crucial to be treated with courtesy and respect regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I received at your pizza place.
It is disheartening to write such a negative review, but it is important for businesses to be aware of the impact their employees' behavior can have on customers. Customer service plays a vital role in shaping the overall experience and the reputation of any establishment.

I love Farrelli's. I adjusted to having to order the crust "well done" in order for it not to be raw, but I would absolutely draw the line at having to pay for "extra cheese" in order to receive visible cheese at all.
Perhaps there are now too many branches and quality control has become difficult to maintain, but I guarantee that 0% of long-term customers (and probably close to 0% of new ones) value sparse cheese or "thick pepperoni" that is now sliced even more thin than the Rosa's Crisp & Curl pepperoni comes.
You were never the cheap option. Prices increased, ok. We were already paying half again as much for take-out. It was worth it for excellent pizza.
But I can't help but compare Farrelli's recent efforts to the impressive pizza I encountered when I moved to the area. Visiting friends and family said, "wow".
