Terrible place! Worst experience at an establishment that I have ever had! Overcharged tremendously! Completely outraged. Staff was extremely unhelpful! I would like to know what kind of policy allows you to be kicked out and then proceeds to charge someone’s card $125? Which I DID NOT sign off on as I was escorted out. Lady with short gray hair is the worst part of the whole experience. I was let in and stamped by the gentleman that was working, then that gray haired lady came up to my boyfriend NOT me- told him she didn’t want me drinking. I took a SIP of a drink! And she stated “didn’t we have a conversation.” Well. No. In fact you did not speak to me. I had a stamp and was totally unaware of her comment. Staff was extremely rude and highly disrespectful. There are numerous ways to go about asking someone to leave. If she had an issue with me having a drink she should have told ME. Highly unprofessional. Inconsistent with who they card and when they do. The gentleman didn’t even card me the week before and I did Not have my ID on me but he stamped my hand anyways. I am shocked that any business is even allowed to be conducted in such a manner. I will not be back.

Hm and yet her response states food and beverage that was "consumed" Never even got to eat any food and ordered a water. I certainly did NOT order $125 worth of food for 2 people! Ridiculous. Also, how on earth you got a signature while I was on the dock seems funny. Not to mention your staff could have given themselves a nice tip on my behalf. How would I even know. $125?!? I was never given any sort of receipt....

I visited a few years ago and still can’t believe how terrible the experience was. I’ve been to restaurants all over the world and have only ever left positive reviews — until now. This situation was so outrageous it’s stuck with me ever since...

My family has a lake house nearby, and I decided to bring a group here for a fun outing by boat. One of my friends (28 years old) had his ID with him, but it had expired the day before. We completely understood when staff said he couldn’t drink — no problem. But after that, it felt like they were actively trying to catch us doing something wrong. Staff hovered around our table, stared at us nonstop, and made the entire experience tense and uncomfortable.

At one point, my friend accidentally took a sip of my vodka soda — his sparkling water was sitting right next to it — and it was an honest mistake. Immediately, a staff member with short gray hair grabbed both of us by the shoulders and aggressively kicked us out without any conversation or warning. We had ordered a ton of food, traveled there by boat, and the rest of our group had to leave with us.

Thank god they never got a card from us — I’ve seen other reviews saying people were charged hundreds of dollars and still got kicked out. Absolutely insane.

Years later, I still tell people to avoid this place at...

I hadn't been here in alot of years but we stopped in before a concert. We ordered the appetizer platter with chicken fingers, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. When it came, it was hardly a platter. Mind you this thing cost 18.99. It had 3 very thin chicken fingers. Pretty sure they were Tysons frozen chicken. 3 small.mozzarella stick and maybe 6 onion rings. Oh and a slice of lettuce. Not to mention the girl who brought it, threw it on the table. We were both in shock at this plate. Our waitress came over and asked how everything was and I asked for Napkins, as we had nothing. No utensils or Napkins. Utensils weren't needed though. She said sure. 5 mins go by and I see her and had to flag her and ask again for Napkins. She acted like this was the first time I had asked. The Cuban sandwich we split was a good size however it was the same price as the appetizer platter. All in all, I will never patronize this place again. There are plenty of other places with great atmospheres who don't take advantage of customers...
