Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Lady Lake

Just called on 8/21/25 and I'm gonna say the manager allisia should not argue with a customer I have ordered twice and the 73 classic don't have 73 pepperoni she argues with me and says yes there is I told her no they have not it's been less pepperoni and I tell them I want lite cheese and they don't fallow directions I've told them numerous times my daughter cant have a lot of cheese and seems like they don't care I will never order from here again with the rudeness.. FYI don't argue with a customer when I have evidence and pictures of the pizza please don't make me embarrass you with it and she owes me a apology. I called at 725pm and some employees was making fun of my order and me it was a female what kind of employees do you have running this place. Btw this is my evidence that this is not a 73 classic.. and btw to the employees that think it's funny to make fun of me and my order I'm the wrong father my daughter eats this pizza and it's not funny I will be contacting corporate.... 10/22/25 7:00pm called the store to give them another chance and the manager Alicia started to become very hostile because of the Google review and she started to yell at me that I put it out for everyone to see she kept saying that I was being rude when I wasn't she was being very aggressive and screaming over the phone I asked for the store managers name and she told me she's the store manager since this store wants to cover up and hide things and talking down to me as a customer that's fine Alicia I don't wanna be ur customer anymore because I will not be doing business to a store that the manager is gonna sit here and disrespect someone. Even though the reviews about burned puzza and horrible customer service I took the chance because I wanted to have my own experience since they keep replying people they will do better by making changes. MIND YOU THEY ARENT. I PURCHASED 2 PIZZAS TO GET THEM BURNED TOO. The chesse didnt cover the puzza, the sauce was dry and the mushrooms looked like they were cut in very very little pieces. Is like the quality isnt there. Dont waste your comment telling me you will take my review and make adjustments because I can see you havent. If you want real pizza thats worth your buck this isnt the place. But if you want your burned pizza with a side of nasty customer service you will have a good time here. horrible customer service , i placed in an order and had the order delivered when the order came not all of the order was done correctly once i called to inform the store of the mistake the person who took the order last name jones response was the order was not incorrect and she had a feeling that "you ppl" as she referred to me would complain about something and she should have taken a picture of the order. She went on to scream into the phone aggressively and belligerently about how the order was not wrong although i am trying to convince her that it was about 15-20 minutes went by on the phone i was so uncomfortable i dismissed receiving a refund or the food being replaced.
