The staff, especially the young closing manager who works in the evenings, is very nice and patient. I had travelled to this location because of frustrations and difficulties trying to place an order at another location. Even tho' they did not have make amends for the other location and despite my instance they did not, they took measures to try to help change the experience outcome set by the other location.
Out of all of the Dunkin Donuts in Tippecanoe County, I have to rate this one as the best. It is also arguably the most accessible in terms of using the drive-thur to order and parking.
(God bless them for having such patience and candour -- also for working during a pandemic.)
One last aside for corporate and/or local-franchisee owner(s):
Is there a reason none of your stores in this area offer your 'Sugared Donuts'? Is there any possibility of the 'Sugared Donut' being offered in the foreseeable future in the Tippecanoe-County area?
I have been to at least one Dunkin Donuts store in almost every U.S. east-coast state (literally Maine to South Florida) in which you have a location. I have also been to them in the likes of Chicago to Dallas where available. This is the first time I have been unable to find/order this donut at any Dunkin' Donuts location within...
Read moreI'll be visiting the other locations for sure. I frequently visit the stores on 350 and by the mall and have never had a negative experience. Unfortunately when I visited this store, that wasn't the case. The scene was a bunch of high school kids running the front counter/drive through while a manager idly stood by watching the circus-like atmosphere carry on. It took over 5 minutes to get my coffee made and there was only 1 other person in the store. 3 employees loudly debated over how many pumps of syrup got added to my drink and whenever they finally consulted the manual, one girl loudly excalimed "MMMMM HHMMMMM I FREAKIN' TOLD YA!!! CLAP" Also, while waiting for my drink, other employees were complaining about their jobs and previous customers who had come through the drive-up window. I worked fast food for 4 years in high school and I would have been sent home for this type of behavior. I think the real cherry on top was when the girl handed me my drink she apologized by saying, "sorry. some of us aren't MATURE ENOUGH to handle coffee!!" Ok? Definitely won't be returning. Luckily the Dunkins of Lafayette have multiplied and I have 2 other great locations to...
Read moreIt's hit or miss if I actually get what I ordered. Sometimes I go and my order is correct and awesome and then sometimes it's super wrong. When it's wrong I always ask politely for it to be fixed and often even offer to pay for the mixup. Today I ordered two things one was a hot brown sugar cinnamon swirl and I received an iced latte. I asked politely and showed my order it was a mobile pick up she was very rude about it literally rolled her eyes and I ended up with a hot cup of just milk. The second drink was a PC cold brew with extra cream. I don't know what I got but it definitely wasn't PC. A few weeks ago I ordered a Charli cold foam and I got a cup of cold brew with nothing else in it. The drink was a recommendation from a friend so I wasn't sure exactly what is was supposed to be so I asked if that was a Charli cold foam and told them that I thought it was supposed to have foam on the top and cinnamon sugar. He then gave me a cold brew with just half and half in it. I took it because I was unsure at the time. I went to a different location ordered the same thing and now I know for sure that wasn't the drink this location tried...
