Definitely a bit of a mixed review for our first time at this place. When you enter the building there is no signage stating whether to seat yourself or wait to be seated. My wife and I stood by the door for a few minutes as multiple waitresses walked past us. We finally flagged one down and were told to sit at any open table. That was fine, but the problem was that all of the open tables were dirty from the previous customers. We picked the cleanest table and waited for a waitress to come clean the table. We ordered drinks and the waitress seemed to have a bit of an attitude right from the beginning. They way we figured, it was a busy night and maybe she was just stressed. It took our waitress a while to come out with drinks and to take our order. Being that it was a new restaurant, my wife asked to try a few sauces before she ordered her wings. The waitress acted annoyed and talked about how the kitchen was busy and that she would have to ask. She came back about 5 minutes later and said that the kitchen told her that "it was a hard no" on getting a few sauces to try. She said it was because they were busy. I'm sorry, but it takes about 20 seconds to put a few dabs of sauce on a plate. We took some time to make a final decision on our meal as my wife didn't know if she still wanted wings since she couldn't try the sauce. The waitress came back about 10 minutes later to finally take our order. My wife noticed that a ranch cup was extra for wings which is fine, but the waitress did not make mention to it. Most restaurants give a complimentary cup with wings so this could be frustrating for someone who didn't see that on the menu. The waitress asked if I wanted sour cream and salsa with the tacos I ordered and I said yes. She failed to mention that this would be extra as well. This however was not listed on the menu. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time given how busy it was. The tacos I ordered were really good as were the hog wings that my wife got. The pricing of the food was reasonable as well. Overall the experience was slightly lackluster. I do want to give them the benefit of the doubt since they are relatively new. I would definitely like to go back and may update my review...
Read moreSpent 2 hours at this restaurant just to be ignored. Started out on the patio, waited for 20 minutes with no one coming to check on us. Decide to go inside hoping to get better service. Nope. Someone in our party went to the bar to get a pitcher of beer for everyone (took 20 minutes) Waited about 30-34 minutes before we even saw anyone that resembled a server. When I finally got his attention, he was absolutely rude right out of the gate. Not even saying hi. I’d blast his name if he had given it to us. The first thing he said was “what do you want. It’s going to be a 30-45 minute wait” so I asked “do we need to put apps and our food order in at the same time then?” He said “yea if you want your food.” We all (4 of us) put in our appetizer order and food order. And he left. Fast forward to about an hour. I finally saw him again (he had not checked in on us, nor had anyone else) and I asked how soon before our appetizers would be out. He barked at me “I’ll make sure to put a rush ON YOUR SIDE SALAD” … the side salad was my main meal and I was asking about the apps we all ordered. … I didn’t tell him that but I should have. During this time we noticed another couple switch spots, looking pretty pissed too. I asked them how long they’d been there without anyone acknowledging their existence. They said they had been there for 40 minutes with no drinks or waiter seeing them. We waited another 30 minutes before we had enough and decided to leave. We all got up as he was walking up with the SALAD not even the appetizers. I told him to forget about it because we were leaving. This worthless excuse of a waiter screamed at my husband “IF YOU WANTED FAST FOOD YOU SHOULD HAVE GONE TO A FAST FOOD PLACE” never have I experienced such terrible service. A worthless...
Read moreOn September 27 my friend and I came to have a drink. The drink we ordered was so sour to the point it was hard to drink. We didn’t complain we just drunk it and sat there and talked. At some point we bar tenders must of came in cause the original bartender never came back. A thick girl came and checked on us and she was nice. About 15 seconds after a skinny girl came and we told her we were good but it was weird seeing I know she saw the other girl come to our table. When the thick girl came again we asked for our check and again not even seconds later the skinny girl asked if we needed anything and we said we are already getting helped. After we paid with cash and told the lady no change we got up to leave. In the parking lot 3 workers come out leading is the skinny lady we didn’t get help from asking if we even paid. We’re like what??? So we go back inside cause you just yelled across the parking lot at 2 American Americans asking if we paid our bill in which we did. We have multiple staff trying to explain the mix up. But it shouldn’t have been any. The skinny lady profiled us since we were 2 of 3 black people in the bar at the time. This is disgraceful and disgusting. I don’t go out much at all and liked this place since it opened and this happens. I can’t stop thinking about it how disappointed I am at this establishment.
Update: I called and talked to the manager Christian and let me say he handle it very well. Thank you for listening and offering to rectify the situation. As it currently stands I do not feel comfortable going but you handled that very well and as you stated in the future if we come back 1st round on you lol.
