I haven’t eaten at a Taco Bell in a very long time and when I do eat Taco Bell, it’s generally a bean burrito because I’ve read inconsistent things about their meat mainly their beef. So I saw that there was a crispy chicken burrito available and it was six dollars, which seems to be kind of expensive to me, but it came with a free beverage so I thought I’ll take a chance. I drove away and parked near the water and gazed at the lake hoping to enjoy something that seemed at least decent. I took a bite of the chicken burrito and I couldn’t even get through the chicken. I pulled the tender loose from the burrito and I tried to purposely separate the chicken into bite-size pieces and I couldn’t it was that tough and hard. I’ve never seen anything like it, and when I did finally tear it open, it was pink in the center and hard on the outside, which sort of made me wanna be sick. I couldn’t eat the rest of the burrito so I felt iI wasted six dollars and I certainly would not order it ever again. I don’t know if it just cooked improperly or if there was something wrong with that chicken tender but honestly, it was one of the grossest things that I’ve ever tasted. Please take this for what it’s worth I just don’t think that this is a sound product and is certainly incredibly unappetizing. PS the mango peach refresca that I tried tasted like metal. What a waste of money I feel bad —— off to spend more money on rolaids.

**AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS** Save yourself the trouble and go to the Erie location instead. This location is consistently understaffed, leading to incredibly long wait times for food and wrong orders, even at non-peak times. I generally like Taco Bell, but this location should be avoided if at all possible. Update: this is still the worst Taco Bell in existence. Do not eat here. Updating again this Taco Bell is still terrible, this time they closed for no reason at 1pm, oh, but they were open for door dash orders. It would be better if they just closed permanently

Adding more to the review- July 1st. Sign at drive thru (photo attached) says sorry we close at 8pm, this was 6:55pm. Good lord Taco Bell, get it together or close permanently. Adding to my review bc this is nuts. A Thursday at 6:15pm I pulled up to the drive thru and they’re closed? I’ve been here at lunch time and they were out of everything, I’ve been here for late night and they just never answered at the drive thru, like they just got a renovation at this location, to be closed all the time? I don’t get it.

I understand that they are short staffed, as being an employee of a taco bell in my past I knew that not having the staff to have both lines open is rough especially only having 2 people imagining running a whole store making 40 items in 10 mins with just 2 people. I heard another customer that was a just cussing at a young girl that was working there doing her best with an understaffed store because people dont want to go to work. Taco bell themselves as a corporation fails to upgrade and fix equipment from my experiences at was always he said she said when it came to getting things replaced which also slows down the speed of orders when your equipment doesnt work properly and most of all dont have people there to work. They should have like 10-12 people around each shift besides directly opening and closing the store. But they do not and i dont understand how people are getting so mad and even threatening the employees there. People have no compassion and or understanding anymore. If taco bell closes this location I'd never go to another taco bell again I am disappointed that taco bell repeatedly remodels their lobbies to fit the customers needs yet never updates the equipment for the employees. Plus there are much more innovative things they could be doing but they don't and make it harder on their employees like other fast food places have tablets where they print out labels with expiration dates for what ever they need. Taco bell they have to write the time each product was made and have to write the expiration time/date and product. You negative customers and corporate executives really think they are going to get all the orders out in a timely manner being understaffed because no one wants to work its literally going on at like every job. Plus all the doordash and uber eats they probably get and have to make in between your orders yall are dumb and lucky you even get your food as fast as you do. Its your own fault and youre really mad at yourself for not making your food and being too lazy to cook. If you arent making it yourself then shut up and be patient and you might actually get your orders made just right. Im disgusted by how many customers verbally assault the employees at this location as they are always nice and helpful to everyone i listen and hear how they speak to other employees while im in...

HORRIBLE, I ordered a 5.99 lunch box with no sour cream on anything and kept being charged 11$ about 5 times in a row because the woman at the window could not get the order correct and when i got to the window she again charged me 11$ so i asked why because the box is posted at 5.99 and with 0 explaination she closed the window in my face then returned 5 mins later to tell me its 7.50 in a very fed up rude tone. for me to leave return to work to find sour cream loaded on my food i called back 3 times because nobody would a swer the phone explained the situation and asked if i could return the uneaten food for the correct order and was told to just drive back... i did so and the line was stagnant for over 10 minutes around the store front i called them another 5 times to have the phone picked up and immediately hung up. so they are getting away with being very rude and literally stealing customers money. i paid for something a certain way and was very polite and clear with how i wanted my order(just no sour cream please) and to have someone that works there eho doesnt have good people skills at all while at the same time not knowing how to work the tegister or ordering screen is just really poor managment. i wont be returning to this location and based on how long the line was abd watching people walk up with their food to the window to complain can almost assure i am not alone in not...
